Honestly wish I could rate less than 1 star, this place does not deserve a star at all. Staff is extremely rude and lacks any form of customer service. I have no idea how they still have business. I have sworn them off twice in the past few years just to return out of convenience and be reminded immediately why I haven't been for over a year. TERRIBLE. I have never been treated so poorly when paying for a services, you would think they were the customer and I owed them something. Shame on the medical facility that allow them to be there, extremely poor representation of their establishment.
Went there to get an english muffin which was way too much at 1.50 and then when I went to order the blonde lady was so rude and she was talking to someone and completely ignored me . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is the 2nd day I"ve gone to this place and the people either wear 1 glove or no gloves. The blonde hair chick had one glove on and drinking a bottle of milk with the gloved hand she was later texting with the non glove hand. The young chick that wears the baseball cap that pours up the condiments wears 2 gloves but never took her gloves off to eat when she went back to the kitchen. The older lady with the glasses on cooks with no gloves and had some young guy bring my saguage from the kitchen for my bagel out with tongs and no gloves. What a disgusting place and people that work there. I also saw that they bag up the sauguage and lay it on top of the cooler where the veggies are. Raw and uncooked food are suppose to be seperate. Seems like this is the normal for these people.

Very displeased today with the service, there is a great lack of customer service. I walk in, no line, don't seem extremely busy, I ask for 2 eggs and toast (not hard to make). But I get a remark that they can't serve breakfast because it's past time and they are moving on to lunch. I wasn't asking for French toast or anything time consuming to make. But at 10am with a break menu still up I'd like to be able to order eggs especially when I haven't eaten breakfast all day. I hate to leave a review so harsh but I'm very upset because I enjoy the food, and will not accept the fact I was basically got snatched at because I wanted breakfast.
I've always been treated great by Nancy and the rest of the staff! The food is delicious and they will typically make what you want! Just an overall wonderful group!!

Aweful place. They are mean to customers, wish could give less than a star I would. The younger of the two owners that serves people rudely daily and kicks out anyone she does not like And enjoys kicking them out it seems. She is prejudiced against the hospital extension that is across the road and once came inside asking when they were going to move, stating that, "those people keep coming to my deli." I had coffee that was too sweet one time and she yelled at me in front of customers at me for topping it off with anything but more sugar. One lady growled back at her like an episode of Southpark. I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THERE AS LONG AS I LIVE. SHE SAYS I CAN'T SIT DOWN WITH MY WIFE WHO BOUGHT SOMETHING because I didn't buy anything for me. 2$ candybars, 3$ soda or juice. 6$ grilled cheese. Why would I buy!
