Went there and my nuggets felt like they’ve been sitting out for half a hour, my mnm flurry had more mnms than ice cream and to top it off my Diet Coke had no ice when it’s literally summer
I asked that my burgers be made fresh and said that I would not mind waiting for it. Instead I was given burgers that literally tasted that they've been sitting in the warmer for hours. On top of that I was given the wrong soda, and I was missing the apple pies I had ordered off the menu. All around I don't believe the staff at this McDonald's care what kind of food you get
Shout out specifically to “Dee” she has been in there on multiple occasions when I have gone in. It’s always very busy when I come. She keeps a smile on while *some* people are rude about the wait. She does her best to make customers happy and remains patient and positive all while trying to help where she can between taking orders!
Went into the dining area to order my food, 2 customers in front of me. I was in there for 15 minutes, too concerned about the drive thru customers. Burger King it is!!!
The manager was making burgers without gloves ! Touching the neat , pickles , and cheese. Bare handed !! Disgusting. I will post pictures too.
If you get doordash and this is the McDonald’s near you don’t do it they’ll f it up every time reading doesn’t seem like a strong point over here
The attitude here is astounding. When I come to this mcDonalds, I always get the same chick taking my order. This person NEVER listens and ALWAYS get the order wrong. Then when I go up to ask them to fix it, attitude galore. Doesn’t help that when you try to order, they will look at you, go on with whatever they were doing before, and have to be told to take your order.That isn’t even the end of it. You wait 15+ minutes for your order, when there is literally so much workers.
Reviewing a Mcdonald's seems kinda weird...but after being at this particular location and getting COLD french fries on numerous occasions, I had to say something. If you think it's weird your fries are cold even when it's BUSY...guess what? They make a ton of them ahead of time and line them up! I saw them do it! They think it's smart! And every time I hand them back the cold fries and ask for hot ones, they look shocked and wonder what my problem is. It's like a Twilight Zone episode now. Call them out on this!
Good afternoon, I want to thank & give props to the crew that was working last night(2/12/22)!!I'm a coach driver for Yankee Trails out of Rensselaer, NY. My guests/group had just finished a very long day at a function at the Jr. High & were very hungry. It was around 9:30pm when they got out & quickly realized there was a 24hr McD's right around the corner. We swung in with my 45' land yacht & could see the employees faces hit the floor as they noticed what just pulled up. I went in and asked if they were ready for this? They responded "not really". I let them know we had about 30 +/- , they simply said just "please bear with us.My guests converged on the lobby & were served more quickly than I have ever seen a facility service a bus. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! YOU ROCK
One of the better McDonald's in the Syracuse area the food wad actually fast not slow like most of the others even with a long line still only took 3 minutes from order to get food instead of the usual 10-15 most other places I was just wondering if fast food still existed
