The manager here should be fired! She yelled at 2 people for the 10 minutes it took to make a oatmeal. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should have made bettter life decisions but dont be a toxic human and sperad tour misery there like a virus! This place is horrible and the bahrooms and tables aere dirty. Workers some workers werent wearimg gloves. Terrible.

Customer service always on point in drive thru. It's clean inside and out. Food is 99% of the time hot & fresh... Not like the disgusting establishment in Nedrow.

Took cashier 5 time trying to do order poor person kept walking by couldn't help till I said something poor service

This used to be my favorite McDonald's in the area, now I will take my business anywhere else. Recently, everytime I order, the staff member taking my order has screwed it up (I'm not ordering much either, just the basics). There's no reason to get food from here when they consistently mess up.

Waited at drive through for 15 minutes for no one to ever serve me. Then went inside to order; almost breaking my neck on their ice skating rink slick floors. Again no one waited on me so I had to order myself on the kiosk.

Sat waiting to order at the drive through for 20 mins with no response. Atleast 8 cars were waiting behind me.

TRASH EXPERIENCE.My order:TWO 4 piece nugget kids meals with apple slices and apple juice.One number 7 large with Diet CokeOne spicy chicken sandwich. Just the sandwich.A number 2a large with a dr. PepperA 4 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce.Big order but not really 4 sandwiches and 12 nuggets and pre made fries should be easy.Total is $31 and change I pay and don’t get a receipt.I have to pull ahead to wait for my food. No problem. I wait a while. I only get one happy meal. Now I’m annoyed but I’m not sure if I was shorted or if she didn’t hear that I wanted two meals. Not a big deal.I go back through the drive through. One car ahead of me this shouldn’t take long. I wait at the speaker box for over 5 minutes for most of that time no one was in front of me. In that time atleast 7 cars either drove by because the line was too long or got out of line. Lost money because of incompetence. The car that was in front of me got their food already.Finally I get my food and kindly the thanked the employee.I get home after spending too much time at McDonald’s. The food is now cold. And the spicy chicken sandwich isn’t in the bag so my oldest got a 4 piece nugget for dinner that’s it. No receipts I don’t know what I was charged for.Terrible experience. Be better.

This McDonald's is an absolute strain on the franchise. They will not honor any deals from the app and it's a different excuse every time. This time was I couldn't use my buy one get one cheeseburger coupon because I got two McDoubles. The food is always cold even if you ask for it fresh. I work in walking distance from this "restaurant" and it wasn't that long ago where they were one of the better one's. A taco bell opened up right next to them and the food quality went right out the (drive thru) window. Corporate should really step in or that taco bell will crush them and force them to close. Maybe that's what should happen if the quality of food and customer service is so easily discarded like last months hamburger patties.

Went through the drive-thru to get food, ordered 6 mcChicken‘s, big mac, 4 fries, and 3 drinks. Then got the food it was missing one medium fry, the big mac only had one patty but with 2 pieces of cheese, food was cold, the lettuce was brown and the bun that was suppose to be in the middle was on top. Also we had to pull ahead and wait then we said thank you to the guy and he didn’t say anything back, workers were arguing / cussing a lot.

Fast and efficient service . The lady on the drive thru has such a wonderful voice and aura!!! She made my morning.
