Ordered the mobile pick up. Waited for so long only to have cold fries. Didn't get any straws for our drinks or any of the sauces we ordered. In addition not a single napkin.Here I am months later. Forgot about how long it took before with mobile orders. You're told 5 minutes not 10 + . Should of learned from mistake the first time. Just go through the drive thru.
Around 2018/2019, when I went to buy fries at the Onondaga blvd location, a manager said out loud to an employee that she hates when customers just buys fries. Then looks right at me. Beyond rude and discriminating. It was a mid age caucasian female with brown hair. I hope she is not still there or in the service industry.
Best family dining as always. Clean and friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the upbeat music in the dining area.
Long lines, but probably the best one in the area with a working machine for flurries. Orders are always accurate!
My Son and I ate inside. Drive thru was busy. Service and food was pretty quick. The facility was clean and food was hot and tasty.
McDonald's on Thompson road by Carrier circle has the worst service you could ever get they cannot make an order correctly orders are missing burgers cold cheese old buns their staff sucks and has no pride in their job terrible work ethic
Inside is very nice and staff is pleasant and helpful. Usually very busy and sometimes when they are busy the accuracy of there order declines.
My favorite place to go for a quick lunch. Service was quick through drive thru.
