Hardly any one in the place.Took grandkids.We ordered a no1. A happy meal plus apple chips.The man who took order said it will be awhile.So handed us a number to put on our table.Only one other person in place.Drive in was slow.Food arrived after 15 minutes!Was cold. I was stunned. We waited 15 minutes for cold food.My granddaughter said grampa please don't say anything.She said she was too hungry to wait again.So we ate cold food.It's amazing how differently miccy Ds are.
Clean, well manner.. Service is fast. Haven't had a warm fry yet. Thank uuu
Drive thru wait time was ridiculous for 3 cars at 6:20 pm. When I opened the bag, the first thing I noticed is my fries were literally upside down, spilled all over the bag, and unsurprisingly they were soggy and cold. I got a crispy spicy deluxe meal, and the bun was hard and almost looks burned, and the chicken was also soggy and cold. The staff is also very rude, this place does not deserve to make $15 or more an hour. I suggest eating somewhere else unless you're a fan of cold nasty food that went straight into the trash after 1 bite.
Our baby love's bacon and hash browns and we stopped on our way to church and they cooked it perfect for our baby and he enjoyed it ?
It is rare for me to post a review, especially one as negative as this one. The service at this location is so non existent it can barely be considered service. The person taking my order at the drive through was mumbling so quietly it was more like he was secreting words, this isn't the first time I've encountered this poorly trained employee. I already knew when I heard the lackadaisical tone of his voice that everything on my order would be incorrect. I ordered two deluxe sandwiches and two large fries. When I pulled up to the first window and they confirmed my order, I corrected her because he put medium fries on the order instead of the aforementioned large fries, she assured me that it was corrected. At the second window the man again said two deluxe sandwiches and 2 medium fries, I corrected him and he just brushed it off and said, 'oh no, I meant large'. They were not large, they were in fact a very disappointingly soggy and cold medium fries, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Upon opening my sandwiches, one of them only contained the protein and tomatoes, the other had only protein and lettuce, this was a crushing disappointment and I don't know why I keep going back. Your poorly trained and managed staff have made your drive through about as useful as nailing jello to a tree.The cashier also did not provide me with a receipt to make a formal complaint with, all I have is a grill slip with the time and my order number, this all transpired 30 minutes prior to me writing this review.-Kyle HewittA concerned customer
They forget small things about our order, like last time, I only got one straw. Generally good with getting orders mostly correct, but they don't seem to like to give out sauces when requested. Overall, you get what you pay for.
Saturday night, eight cars ahead of me, and they give me a lukewarm cheeseburger, filet-o-fish, and an almost cold apple pie. I guess fast food is neither fast nor cheap anymore, oh, and good luck if you want it edible. $17 later and customer service that makes sure you know you are wasting their time.
Very unorganized had to repeat my order 4 or 5 times and they still got it wrong at the window. Then I told them my right order and received someone else's food. It was 8pm at night and they were talking more to the other workers and not paying attention to the customers.
Waited 20 mins in drive through. Screens off outside. Had to leave because they didn’t have any food after waiting 20 mins. Just close the store.
Rude staff, overcharged me then complained that I was holding up the line when I asked for my money back, Then wanted to be ignorant and hand me sauce cups that weren’t even closed and not even filled halfway.. I’ll definitely go out of my way next time my kid wants food on the way home from work.
