McDonald’s never fails. It’s always consistent. I do miss the wraps and the premium chicken tenders. This branch has recently been remodeled. I think they’re trying to keep up with Taco Bell next door. No contest. McDonald’s is better hands-down. I love the kiosk. I love the McDonald’s app.
Terrible service. Dont use the mobile app, they don't even check the mobile orders. I had to wait 30 minutes for one burger and they never brought it to me at curbside. I had to go in a tell them, they looked like they had no idea what was going on or what curbside was. They need a new career path because they cant even handle working at a fast food place. Very sad state of affairs in this country.
I debated the value of reviewing a Macdonalds but I doubt I will ever find a place so uniquely and consistently incompetent. There is not a complaint in here I wouldn't believe outright without question. In fact, there isn't a story you could cook up that's too insane for this crew to make reality.
It was very very very very good. The coffee was slightly burnt. However the burger and the bread was absolutely amazing and they got the food out so quickly!!!!
The best $1 any size drinks ever. A quick cool down on a hot summer day. Delicious food ?? too.
I do want to say, I’ve had several good experience with the college-age Black women who work here. Honestly, though, this sign says it all about this place.
Walked in made my order had my food in 3 minutes and it was cold. Not impressed one bit. With all the people out back cooking nothing should be cold
Not fabulous. Staff is hit or miss…along with correctness of your order and quality of food. I would go to the fairmount location if given the option.
Only McDonald’s that chooses when and when not to take orders why is there people working there all night if they never taking orders? I called to complain a few months ago and the manager blamed the system and said they make 10K a week and has every excuse in the world who is the GM? I have spent so much gas driving to this 24 hour location for them to constantly say they aren’t taking orders is ridiculous no other location open 24 hours has ever given me an issue!
This is by far the worst McDonald’s to go to. Most the staff is incompetent and lack basic customer service skills, such as greeting the customer or saying thank you, have a nice day.Today, I placed an order on my mobile app, which also sucks because it means you have to go get it yourself with whatever device you order from to say you are there. So my husband couldn’t grab my food, and the staff just continued helping the other side and stopped listening to my husband or trying to figure it out.And forget calling the store.
