Best sauce in CNY ?pies are fantastic and the meatballs are???
The customer service is outstanding. My pizza was over cooked so I let them know and within a half hour there was a young man at my door with a perfectly cooked pizza ( which I might add was excellent)…now that is excellent customer service!
We all have our bad days, but that does excuse the unnecessary amount of disrespect over the phone. The food is not the issue, it is the people. I called and got nothing but rudeness and sass from the woman speaking to me. I hope the change the people they let answer the phones, or there will be many more reviews like this one. do better.
Picked up my order a few weeks ago, and treated really oddly and rudely by someone who seems to be one of the owners (older male). Figured it was a bad day for him, and brushed it off. Then recently, my teenage daughter went by herself to pick up a pie and was basically ignored and treated pretty poorly by one of the two older gentleman, and it was pretty obvious. My daughter is a sweet girl and doesn’t yell victim at the drop of a hat, but she’s also perceptive enough when she’s getting treated differently than other people in the room. I can speculate, but not sure what it’s based on except to say that we will not be going there again. Don’t expect everyone to like me or my family, but being treated decently with the most basic elements of respect is not too much to ask, in my opinion - especially when someone is taking my money. I truly hope this was in some way an anomaly, but would encourage others to post to see if this is a pattern towards specific individuals. Also to be fair, the pizza is decent. Would rate it #2 or tied with #3 for local pizza. Also, if it’s not clear to the owners, you lost my business, as I will be driving 3 minutes farther for pizza now.
I order from here all the time and today had the a horrible experience. The owner (I believe) was INCREDIBLY rude. I ordered a cheese pizza 40 minutes before close. I arrive 16 minutes before close to pick it up and when I walk in the man loudly repeats NAME NAME NAME NAME and I did not know he was talking to me as I could not even see him behind the counter. I said “Tom” and I thought my boyfriend was going to pick it up and he goes “You’re welcome TOM” very rudely. Like it mattered what name it was under but last time I order and said my name they put down the wrong name it was a whole ordeal so I thought this would be easier. Not to mention the rest of the time he was aggressively telling his employees to clean so they could get out of there and they were acting like I was inconveniencing them even through they weren’t closing for 16 minutes. INCREDIBLY RUDE. Do not think I would tolerate again even for the good pizza. Horrible
We are newer in town and aren’t familiar with the local restaurants. We received a gift certificate to try this place and OMG our family is blown away! We got a Sicilian pizza, a buff chixn pizza, and a pepperoni pizza with some garlic knots, everything was perfect! We are already looking forward to the next time we can order pizza here ?
Easily one of the best pizza places in the area. If it were closer to my house it would be the only place I ordered from
usually great, the antipasto salad I got the other day was lame, and I've been ordering from them for years. disappointed. twin trees next time. my wife's calzone was mostly dough, the salad had maybe a third of a tomato, a few slices of ham and cheese, three olives.... etc, it was all lettuce.
Easily the best pizza in New York State. Hard working owners. Use nothing but the highest quality ingredients. Delicious. Been going there since it opened 30 years ago.
Love this place. I'll often drive across town just for a few slices. Have a hard time driving on that side of town without stopping by. My opinion, the best pizza in town!
