Very very very slow service. There were 3 servants and they seemed like working very disorganized. I waited my wow milk for 15 mins, even people after me got their orders. My wow milk was done and placed in their working table but one no handed to me. The wow milk was very very sweet and tasted awful. I’ve never had a kung fu wow milk like this before. Very bad experience.
I got hot oreo wow milk tea with bobaIt was awful!! They made it super hot that u cannot drink it through straw !! They are BAD at Hot drinks!! Plus they didn’t put boba!!Get your bubbles tea grom Hi tea!!
For the same price, Unique Teahouse is better. That's for the type of milk tea where they use powder and lots of artificial flavor. Kungfu tea's flavors is a bit too bubblegummy for me. If you don't mind paying more, stick with Hi Tea. They use real tea leaves.
Milk tea itself is fine. But among more than 10 Kung fu tea I have even been to, this is the only one with one employee in the store. So she needs to take the order and prepare the milk tea all by herself. And make me waiting for really long time.
I have to disagree with another reviewer there is absolutely nothing wrong with this location you park on the side of the street and walk like less than a block that is not hard to navigate to at all. Coming from Kung Fu Tea’s in New York City and never even been to Syracuse before this location is convenient for a driver.
Very bad costumer service, asked for 50% sugar but turned out it is as sweet as I will get diabetes immediately. I needed to dilute it with a gallon water. Never come again.
I like the idea, and the execution is just adequate. The location is convenient if on foot in the area already. Not convenient for someone driving to the location and parking.
Great boba, fast service! Was so happy they opened up a location here, I've been going at least once a week ever since!
Went in a week after it opened, very cute decor. Kind of hidden away if you don't know the area, but drinks are great. At the moment they are open from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm(I think so ).
Nothing made me happier than seeing this place open outside the mall. First tea in months and it was PERFECT. The young lady at the front was also extremely sweet!
