Amazing food, everything came out really warm & all vegetables were fresh and in season. The coconut milk fried rice under the vegetarian menu was recommended by our Server & it was well worth the recommendation. Our Server was very knowledgeable, polite & efficient. I will definitely be returning here again. I was very pleased with this dining experience.
This was the best Hibachi I have ever had! It was a fun experience with amazing food for our whole family. We also enjoyed dessert!

I went there for lunch with my daughters. The server Jack was very attentive , fast and kind. We had Japanese style fried rice with shrimp and chicken, California rolls , steak teriyaki with fried rice and a drink called momo peach with extra juice and ginger Ale.
Chef didn't communicate at all which left for a boring experience, waitress was upset when we changed seats for a better view of the hibachi. Would not recommend for anyone looking to have fun
Great food and excellent service. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was waiting for our drink. I went back up to the bar to try and purchase a drink and they told me that I had to wait for my server. Nearly 15 minutes later we finally got it. But I’ll say our server was excellent and he was vary attentive and focused on his job. The Chef on the hibachi was amazing too. Definitely will go again!
Came here for lunch with my two sons. Everything was good until I’m packing my plate to go. I paid my bill and placed my food in the container, poured my yum yum sauce in, and while waiting for my children to finish boxing up their food decided to take another bit and low and behold, as I’m putting my fork to my mouth, I notice a piece of hair on my fork. I asked for the server who then went to get the manager. I show her and she proceeds to pull the hair out the food to examine it then tell me it’s mine!!! I have 22inch curly hair. The hair found was about 6cm and straight, but she hard down tried to argue with me. I was appalled! I had barely touched my food. I ordered lobster and steak, I had every intention of taking my food to eat for later. If there was any chance that the hair was mine I wouldn’t have said anything. But for her to say “oh this is your hair, our staff wears hairnets, ect had me seeing red. Then she says “we’ll what do you want me to do?” with an attitude. I told her to correct my bill and take that meal off because I’m not taking it. Needless to say my first time patronizing that restaurant will be my last. If you decide to go to eat there , make sure you wear a hairnet, hat, or have your hair pulled back because if you don’t and you find any hair in your food, they are going to tell you it’s yours!
Wonderful experience. Great food. Family friendly. Innovative drinks. These are all things that one will experience at Koto. It’s hard to beat hibachi anytime. You will not be disappointed.
Best hibachi experience I've had in Syracuse and the surrounding areas. The price was good for the amount of food and the quality. I would come back here in a heart beat. Seal of approval for sure #fatboyapproved
Me and my son's FAVORITE restaurant ever! The food is superb and the entertainment is great! I recommend hibachi more than kitchen, but all is fantastic.
