Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered an 8 piece and a large Mac n cheese with a large potatoes and gravy with biscuits. We got 4 tenders and 2 orders of fries and a large drink through Uber eats. We called the store spoke to Jennifer who said she was the store manager. She did nothing to try to make it right then we asked for a supervisors number and got told that there is no supervisor. Horrible customer service. $40 for 4 tender 2 fries and a large drink. How could they think that was acceptable with the store manager there closing. First time I ordered from here my driver called me and told me they told him they didn't have any chicken. That's like McDonald's not having burgers. It's rediculous. So I thought tonight I would try again and that was a big mistake. Jennifer the manager should not be in the position she is in if she does not know how to make a disgruntled customer happy. Nothing on my order was correct and everything was cold.
When coming to any KFC I know I will get food that I will enjoy, but later maybe feel not as great.
I always appreciate good service. Always fast and friendly, and pretty good tasting food.
Chicken looks like someone squished it and ripped the skin off. Sides were wrong! I will never go to this KFC again.
Sucked. Went at dinner time was told is 20 minute wait for original chicken. 40 minutes later we had to go to counter and show our receipt and then they started to put our order together. When we checked our order they forgot the fries.

I ordered 2 piece white and I got one wing and a big thigh..problem is I live on the other side of town..tried to call several times to get some type of refund and no one ever answers
I ordered a two piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy with corn.I wanted crispy chicken but they didn't have any so I had to settle for original.Other than that the food was good.
So KFC never ceases to amaze me. They always pay attention to the order. They double even triple check specifics and verify every item is in the bag before handing it over. Gotta love it!❤️
