The crew was working so hard! Nice people. Had to wait a bit... food yummy as we expected.
Dewitt KFC is terrible. Finally tried to give them another shot, after having had fuzz and hair in my food before along with subpar service. I went through the drive through and received terrible customer service as they kept talking over me and insisting that they were on a timer, but wouldn’t allow me to talk long enough to actually place an order. I worked in fast food for 10 years and currently work in Customer service. Would not recommend
Easily the worst & dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. I've gotten two incorrect orders, the lobby doors are always locked and I have to go through the drive thru, and the one time they weren't the inside of the restaurant was filthy. The employees are also dismissive and rude. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but these things have happened multiple times. I'll be going to Taco Bell instead.

The mens room is completely un stocked with no toilet paper, no paper towels, I ordered my food and the cashier joshua had a huge attitude and they forgot my 8 piece bucket order so I had to go back for it!. Save your time and go to a different location.
Oh my god! Incredibly bad. The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible AND slow. Ordered a #4 and never got it. After 30 minutes, I finally left. Not recommended.
The food was good and the people there were genuine, I felt like they had my best interest at heart. Josh was very professional.

This is easily the worst KFC I have ever visited, and I have had the Colonel's "Finger Lickin' Good" recipe all over the Tri-State area and Central NY. To begin with, the employees here are surly, slow and downright unfriendly. Getting a simple two-piece Meal never takes less than 15-20 minutes, as they are always seemingly unprepared to serve up even the simplest of menu items. And the Chicken, for some reason, is always bland, rubbery and unappetizing. Since I've lived in Syracuse for the last 15 years, I've had KFC at the branch on the North Side (long closed) the South Side and this store in DeWitt. The South Side store isn't bad, but each time I've been to this store in DeWitt I make a mental note to not go back, as the service, wait time and especially the Chicken are all terrible. Then when I'm in the area and I get a craving for KFC'S signature Chicken, I tell myself to give them one more chance. The result is always the same - I wish I'd passed them by. Avoid like the plague.
Food was terrible crispy chicken looked nothing like the photo and tasted old like it had been sitting there hours. Pepsi tasted like syrup and cashier almost didn't give me the side I paid for she asked what I was waiting for. Also no utensils for Mac n cheese.
