So today I went rock climbing ?♂️ and took a nasty fall ?. I smacked my head ? on my shoulder and that just gave me a nasty headache. I figured the best way to treat my headache was with a nice nashville hot chicken tenders combo . I arrived at this KFC location at approximately at 9:30 PM9️⃣3️⃣0️⃣, the main sign stated "Now open until 10pm?0️⃣0️⃣". Okay, great I still have plenty of time?. I attempted to open the front door but was shocked to find it was locked!! ? Gasp! ?Thats okay, it is probably drive thru only, no problem ?. Upon approaching the drive thru speaker, I was abruptly told this KFC is closed! ?What!!! ?How could this be!!!??!!?! It was only 9:30??? ???? I had to drive another 15 minutes to Liverpool to get my spicy tendies. I feel lied to and betrayed by the Colonel. ???
Anytime I ever patronize this particular location, whether it's dine-in or drive thru, my order was quick, hot, and most importantly, CORRECT. Everyone's always been nothing but cool and respectful. Maybe I'm just lucking out and getting the best crew whenever I come here. But the 5 stars is based on MY experience, not anyone else's.
Need some new employees because this is probably the worst kfc in syracuse. My mobile order was cold because it was done before the time it should have been and they had it sitting on the counter. The manager refused to replace it and made me take the cold food, and the rest of the employees are unattentive. Corporate was contacted.Note to Corporate as well: please get more professional staff in this kfc they make a bad name for this kfc and alot of business will end up being lost because of the employees.
My Son LOVES KFC so I take him as a Reward for Doing Good in school, We all go as a Family, there's is a Large dining room and the Staff is always ready to accommodate you.
Ordered an 8 pc Chicken tasted like chewing a Tylenol it was very old looked like it’s been cooked multiple times then the chicken sandwich wasn’t good chicken was over cooked and stringy only thing I could eat was the fried btw I ordered from Uber eats don’t know if that had anything to do with it ???
Picked up my online order..missing my dessert and the sierra mist was water
The manager there is very unprofessional. Took my order at the drive thru, gave me a price and told me to pull around without allowing me to complete the order. When I told him I wasn’t done he told me that I had to go around again. Then when I voiced my opinion he walked away from me.
It's a young lady that works there, who makes my day. Laugh, attitude, respect, funny, and about her job. Luvz people, and will tell uuu, don't bring that negative in here 2day, be happy... Dread
Went in for pot pies... none were ready (they usually have at least 4)... was told it would be 20 minutes to make and I was willing to wait (ordering 4) and was promptly told by management they weren't making anymore for the day. Supposedly, they make 4 and when they sell out they aren't replaced. If they make more they sit all day and are waste. I was willing to wait for them fresh... and they refused to make them. This is why I had not returned fir a long time. Now I won't bother going there ever.
Every time I order from here they always mess my order up it’s the only one in my location theirs been multiple times they’ve giving me the wrong order or if I order a combo that comes with the big drink in the bag of your choice they have either given me the wrong one or didn’t even give it to me at all
