Just stumbled upon this gem today.Service was great and the prices are more than reasonable.The hot wings were the best I've had in a long time, and the best mac-n-cheese you find north of the Mason Dixon.I can't wait to see how they do after the renovations
My once a week treat. The garlic rice is on point along with the bang bang wings. Only regret is they aren't open on weekends.
I have lived in Syracuse for 10 years, I moved here from south Mississippi. The shrimp and grits I just ate are exactly like something I would have gotten in a restaurant back home. The grits were perfectly cheesy, the sauce had just the right amount of spice, and those shrimp.. I have not had shrimp that reminded me of home the whole time I’ve been here. They were the perfect size - not too tiny but not so large they were chewy - and they tasted like they were just bought on the dock straight from the back of the shrimp boat. I cannot wait to try more of the seafood Joe’s To Go offers, and I suggest you do the same!
I wish I would have took more pics of what my husband and I ordered before we devoured it. I ordered the haddock and garlic rice. Bomb!!! My husband ordered the honey Henny wings. Bomb!!! You can actually taste the Henny. The pic doesn’t do these wings justice. We ordered through UBer Eats. The food presentation was on point. The trays were large and everything was nicely placed in the sturdy trays. The garlic rice was better than what I was expecting. I’m beyond excited about finding this gem. Try this place, you won’t be disappointed.

First timer and I'll definitely be back! Mac and cheese has just a little bit of kick to take it up a notch and I was pleasantly surprised with the fried haddock! If you havent tried them yet, do it now!!
I am the house director for gamma phi at Syracuse, every month we choose catering from different places. Joes to go catering was amazing. They kindly delivered and set everything up for us. Great food and great vibes. I recommend them to anyone looking for good comfort food

Good food. By the way, the sweet n spicy sauce is pretty damn good drizzled over their mac-n-cheese.
