Great place, had curry chicken, plantains, rice and cabbage. Cabbage was best I've ever had, plantains were only I've ever had and great too!

I've eaten at lick finger a few times, at I have to say, I'm not too impressed with them, but they do serve good Jamaican food. They open at 2:00 daily and only stay open for 3 hours most of the time (2:00 to 6:00 on Friday). The place is small, and it's easy to get caught outside when a line is formed. It's easier to call in and place an order rather than place an order when you get there because you might miss out on certain things (like I did when they were serving Mac and cheese and didn't give me any?). What I don't like about this place is that they serve the same thing daily and don't serve everything everyday. My advice, stick with the chicken entries.

Don't waste your time never have food and service sucks
Food is excellent. Service/ customer service is terrible. They are not receptive to feedback. If you want to waste half a day for the possibility of getting food you ordered 4 hours ago to maybe have it sold to someone else go ahead and help yourself. Owner also plays favorites. I suggest you go downtown to Ermas in Salt City Market.
