Warm cookies were fresh everytime I go. People are super nice. If it's busy it can take quite a while to get your cookies so keep that in mind
It was late and we had just seen a musical at the Landmark Theater. We didn't want go out and came across Insomnia cookies. They were delivered quickly, hot, and fresh to our hotel. We will definitely order again next time we are in Syracuse!
We were in town for a conference and ordered cookies and ice cream. (M&M, Mint Chocolate Chip and a lemon one with cookie dough ice cream.) Though they were out of cookie dough ice cream they offered vanilla with a cookie dough pieces separately. We chose another flavor but they sent a container of cookie dough chunks with a note saying "just in case." Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! We're sad that they're not local to us but next time we're in town, we're getting more!
I witnessed a afro african man from africa who works for this store, trying to attack a autistic customer. I will never buy cookies here again. Im disgusted by this low impulse control worker at Insomnia Cookies (the black one that I have described)
Horrible ice cream sandwiches. They give you a super hot cookie so the ice cream fully melts before they even finish your order. I got to my car with a plate of soup with 2 cookies floating in it. WAIST OF $9
Was the most unprofessional inappropriate atmosphere I’ve ever been in, I will never go in a place like that ever again , distasteful 5 kids just hanging out in there and NOONE was ordering it was like a hangout spot at 8 pm.. I wish I knew who maneged this place , cookies were not even cooked all the way very disappointed
Loved this place about a year ago. No matter the time I went the cookies were amazing, customer experience was amazing, always had the cookies I needed or would even make them if they didn’t. Now the service is mediocre at best depending on the time of day. A lot more of the cookies are hard or they never have any that are listed on the menu. I also thought it was a bit rude that a coworker was talking to the young lady that was actively taking my order (while I was talking to her) and then had an attitude when I looked at her crazy ?. The last time I went the young lady rang up cookies I didn’t even order, I guess as long as it came out to the right price it was okay ?, but come on now, don’t set yourself up to possibly get in trouble one day. HOWEVER, I’ll be coming in the day time from now on, seems to be a better crew, hopefully that doesn’t change either.
These cookies cost too much to have workers in there without gloves on and touching your cookies. This shop need to really interview the right people who can cook them cookies and who is very clean.
For sure worth the wait and hype! Though I ordered a lot of cookies, the workers were really nice about it and guided me to which cookies to get!
I stopped in for some deluxe cookies for my wife. They didn't have a full dozen cooked and ready to go, but they were willing and able to cook a full dozen for my order. Thank you! #happywifehappylife #cookies
