Great little restaurant. Very nice decoration inside. It's a bit pricey but I love their duck fried rice!
Hi Tea has to be my favorite bubble tea shop in Syracuse! I visited the shop a few weeks ago with a friend, and we absolutely loved the atmosphere and the drinks. I will definitely come back again!
Their price is different than the menu. I complained about this, and I heard that the Asian male cashier was saying “holly shit” behind of me and just asked me if I wanted to get refund. He also said the price on the menu hasn’t been updated, but I see here same review written a year ago that they charged differently. They want to earn students penny to make money and open one more store next. Also please have a AC in the store, it’s too hot in summer and worry about the food hygiene.
Cha has an awesome vibe! I love the decor and ambiance. The owners are awesome, kind, and love to share their culture.I had the zinger burger and it was definitely amazing. Every time I stop by I wish I grabbed a few more to go. Can’t wait for the next time I can indulge in everything else on the menu.

Real taro is good. Doesn't have chunks, but at 0 sugar, it was the perfect subtle sweetness. This isn't your powdery purple drink.
i am so in love with this place! Nyc got good tea spots but this place hits different. Sometimes I just drive 4 hours from the city just to enjoy their teas.
This is by far the best Bubble Tea spot in the area. Their milk teas taste great and their milk foams are decadent! I recently had a fresh lemon black tea and it was such an excellent idea to keep the fresh lemon slices in the tea, as it gave the tapioca an amazing depth. Their cakes are also delicious and a great price for the portion! I can't wait to try their food next!
