I've come here a couple times. Wasn't too impressed with the slice special.. I've had slice specials all over and they usually run $5-6, but here it was over $10.00 for 2 slices and a drink. Then I saw they had chicken Riggies which is a favorite of mine.. that was like $14-15 which is a common price but usually I can justify it bcus there's usually enough for 2 good meals. Not here, the portion was small and idk what chicken they used but it was dark and gritty. Almost reminded me of cheap canned chicken. It was gross.
I went in to Franco's on a whim. I could smell the food from down the street.I went and placed my order then went to the store to grab a few things about 15 minutes or so. When I got back my order was ready to go.The employees were very nice and the food was great. I finished everything. So, I don't have any pictures because I ate everything. Next time!Also I won't be eating a calzone from anywhere else.
Worst wings EVER!! My fiance ordered a 20 piece breaded wings and they were not edible because they were cooked so hard. We had to throw them away. on top of that, they had no flavor. Complete waste of money. If we didn't live so far I would have made my fiance bring them back. The pizza was decent, nothing that I would order again.
Stopped here on my way home for a calzone a few nights ago because this has been a favorite spot for about twenty years now. I was not disappointed with it even though it was slightly burnt on the bottom. What was concerning to me though was the cleanliness of the kitchen (or lack there of). Nonetheless They are friendly and I told myself that nothing of any concern would live through the 500° oven.

What's the best part about Franco's? Is it the pizza... the pasta... or the people? YES! The pasta was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The pizza - especially the General Tso's pizza - was hot, fresh and exceptionally good. Our pasta was delivered by the chef, and the whole staff was great! We will definitely be heading back to Franco's next time we're in Syracuse!
March 2022 update. I placed an order thru uber eat. Order was delivered on time. However the chicken Alfredo I ordered was completely wrong. The chicken was dry and overcooked, no sauce at all. So I call to explain about my food, the lady who handle the call was rude and defensive. I understand food mistakes happen. But how dare you tell me I lying about a $20. Order. So now I will just post the pic on a review. I been coming here for years. Not anymore.Update 2021- I haven't had a bag experience since that day. Food always good and friendly staff. I been coming here for years for the homemade cake. I updated this review after some time and a few more visits. Even during covid they rocked.Food is good. I work at a hotel front desk, so i send alot of business here, unfortunately the lady at 2 am on 2/5/17 had the worst attitude ever. I do understand its late, but my company sends alot of business and has your menus on display for our guest. That just may change. Nobody has to deal with bad customer service in 2017. Just very unprofessional and rude. I hope that changes so i can change my rating.
Garlic breadsticks were stale and low on the garlic. Pizza was small and overpriced. Not sure if bland is the right word for the pizza, but it was underwhelming taste-wise. Toppings were fresh, though.Delivery was late; had to call to see what happened to our order.
Great keto options here! They can be a bit expensive so buyer beware, but the ingredients for this stuff is pricy! I highly recommend.
