I heard that they refused a veteran with a service dog a bowl of water for his pooch. when he put water in a bowl himself they threatened to charge him for it. Shameful
Great food! Bad reviews coming in because they refused to give a bowl for dog water to a service dog. 1st. That’s gross I have 4 dogs and they don’t drink out of the bowls we use so I wouldn’t expect that at a restaurant. Also it is not the restaurant’s responsibility to provide it! The owner should have been prepared.
Refused to give water to a Veteran's service dog. I wouldn't spend a dime in a place with such disgusting disregard for a Veteran and his partner.
Just got per lb take out again today,, Great choices, beautiful fresh food,,even for my vegan friends I bring!! staff friendly. So many choices even my picky husband loves it... NO MSG, not oversalted, just perfect !! The fresh food at the Mongolian grill is amazing to choose ur own stuff !!! fresh beef & so much more !! FABULOUS whole pork loin, beef, chicken dishes, fresh sushi, seafood, cooked perfectly, shrimp, mussels, octopus so tender it almost just melts in ur mouth !!! Crab rangoons to die for & so many other delicious dishes it's hard to choose !! Worth every penny !!
It was horrible. The waitress was so rude! She was bugging out about tips like I thought tipping was optional, she made me sign a receipt for tipping and she would not leave until I sign it. It was so weird because she had said “there 5 of you and you not tipping” mind you the other 4 was children. I thought tipping was an option either we tip or not like if u don’t like where u working don’t work there! I had enough to pay for all my meal! She was racist too. I would not go back. Don’t GO SUPPORT THEM !!! A lot of rude workers!
So freaking rude! One of the waitress looked me right in the eye and said “there’s five of you, and no tip?” Like ma’am the other five are children. It was enough that I paid for the meal. Tip is optional no? This is a buffet not a freaking restaurant! So I was technically forced to pay tip! The food was okay but that one specific rude waitress just ruined the whole day for me. Never coming back!
Rude rude and rude. They been taking some items out of the buffet and if you ask questions they respond rudely. I can't stand that if you tell them you have a big party ex 15 they make you wait for everyone. Then if you come separate they don't let you set by each other then they add gratuity by themselves. I went Friday April 8th. Charged me 50.65 for three children 12,11 and 6. I left and let kids eat because they were rude. My family was there but I didn't appreciate the rudeness.
The previous reviews had me a bit scared, but either its under new management or those people had bad timing. Went to the Flaming Grill and Buffet on Sunday for Lunch and was very satisfied. - large and fresh selection of Asian entrees, sea food, some American Cuisine, large dessert bar. Made to order Hibachi was my favorite. Fresh Sushi as well. The restaurant is huge. We had no issues coming with 14 people all at once. All you can eat and all you can drink non-alcoholic, including tax, was about $22/person. Over all not bad. Would I go back. Most definitely.
Stopped at this buffet for the firsttime after reading online reviews. The buffet ($16.99) the food was good and fresh at (430pm) on a Saturday. The resturant was clean No issues would stop in again when in the area
I think the dishes at these buffets vary with who is cooking and availability of ingredients. The last time we were there was not as good as previous times, but where else can you eat cheap? I miss real Chinese food. Ex. Their pork spare ribs have hickory BBQ sauce, not like real Chinese spare ribs .
