Firecracker Thai Kitchen offers absolutely amazing Thai cuisine. I ordered the spicy basil chicken and the spring rolls. My wife ordered the Thai green curry with noodles.Everything was so flavorful, balanced, and fresh from what you would expect from a high end Thai restaurant, but we got to enjoy in a relaxing environment that Salt City Market offers. The spring rolls are made by hand.The owner Sara and her team are super friendly and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys quality fresh food. If I could give this place 10 stars it would still not be enough!
I ordered some chicken wings with there signature flavor and some french fries. There signature topping on the wings was really good but when I got to the meat part of the wing it tasted old. I was disapointed I wasted my money I will never order from them again.
I ordered the Vegan Spicy Impossible Stir Fry. It was marked as very spicy, but I didn't taste much spice at all, so I would not classify it as "very spicy." I thought that it was expensive for the portion size. I'd say it was okay, not great.That being said, the staff was SUPER friendly, which I really appreciated.

AMAZING FOOD! Traditional Thai cuisine merged with a very artistic flare. The talented chef uses local suppliers and heavily supports the community. I highly recommend this wonderful place. The food is spectacular.
I ordered the impossible vegan stir fry. I was a bit tentative but my goodness the flavors were just explosive! Delicious delicious delicious. Nice building spice level. I could tell they used real Thai basil and that they cared about their product. Superb customer service as well!!! Thank you
