I'm a coffee guy ? the coffee is awesome!!! The employee that was there yesterday (2/25/22) is why I'm giving the 1 star review. He was extremely rude, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. If I wanted an extra shot of attitude, I would have asked for it in my coffee ?
The customer service is the best I’ve received in a while- the baristas are all very personable and really put their attention into the drinks. Management is very attentive as well and seems very helpful to the staff. Ten out of ten will be returning here!
This coffee shop really is a great coffee shop and in some cases beats the hell out a Starbucks and beats the hell out of Dunkin Donuts the coffee's always fresh you can smell it everywhere in the mall
Their website says they close at 6PM, I get there at 4:40 PM, no espresso the machine was already cleaned and the front door was closed. No problem, Starbucks took my order.
The Carmella Latte is absolutely amazing first time coming here. Definitely worth it an the employees on the lunch shift were friendly. Wait time was short. Good prices! Definitely coming back.
