Good icecream however, today, my ice cream had small hairs in it I couldn’t tell if it was lint or hair. And I’m assuming it’s from the sprinkles because there was another foreign object on my icecream. It looked like a nut but I’m not even sure. But I did not like that. It seemed unsanitary
Excellent variety of ice cream. My favorite is Queen of hearts!! Rich, creamy and full of dark chocolate, fudge and raspberry flavors. Prices are slightly above average. Generous quantity. Outdoor and indoor seating. And they’re open late
My 2 daughters & I went here together Tuesday night. We all loved it. The soft serve black raspberry is our agrees upon favorite flavor.
Super delicious ice cream. Lots of flavors to choose from. We are on a road trip and we liked it to much when we stopped in on our way to NYC that we have made plans to stop in again on our way back.
My favorite hot spot for Ice cream sundaes and cakes.I Just ordered a cake for graduation and it was delicious. Everyone raved about the cake.The service is outstanding and everyone is so kind.
worst service i’ve ever seen. waited approximately 15 minutes to be taken care of when i was next in line. workers completely ignored and never even said anything about coming over to help. unbelievable how then the worker asked the person behind me for their order and never acknowledged me. wasn’t worth the time for a simple ice cream.

I asked Where Syracuse Eats yesterday morning where to get an ice cream cake for last night, locally made. ? I ended up reaching out to Fifis Ice Cream without realizing they were closed for renovations! I received a timely and kind response, and they were STILL more than willing to create this cake for me, despite technically being closed!! ?? ? I still was able to place a last minute order, all I told Fifi’s was that it would be for a 50th birthday party for my hippie cousin ☮️ ? ✌? ? They hit the mark perfectly! I told them I would need a size to feed approximately 15 people. When I tell you this cake was HUGE, it was like a large frozen brick. In the BEST WAY POSSIBLE. To my surprise, it even traveled well an hour on the Thruway, and throughout a traffic jam on 690. ?? ?? ?? Not to mention, it was better priced than Carvel, and it tasted AMAZING ! Just wanted to share some #LocalLove and shine light on the good ? Thank you thank you thank you Fifi’s! ?
Absolutely loved the assorted box I got for Valentine's day. Includes pb balls, brownies, sugar cookies, sugar covered marshmallows, chocolate covered strawberries, and lollipops and 2 cookie's and cream ice cream cupcakes. soooooo good!!! Thank you. Highly recommended!!!!
