Food use to be great, but has gone seriously down hill.
Used to be the best place but now the customer service is horrible I ask a simple question and the guy told me to hurry up and order. Really rude won't be going there no more.
The Worst Customer Service Ever. Can not even ask the guy a Question he gets mad. The Food has gone down. Will not Ever go Back. The Egg Drop Soup I ended up throwing it out. Come on. Be Nice and go back to the way you were. We are All Frustrated in todays Times. We are paying you guys for a Service.Then we wanted an extra Noodles for soup and charged us for them. Come on Really
This place is fast with delivery and the food is meh. But I will say the person taking the orders is very rude. God forbid you ask a question regarding THE menu
I always order from here the service is great the staff is nice and the food is great.
This used to be my favorite place to get Chinese food - now, everything tastes the same and it seems like all the meats and vegetables are precooked and then they just dump some sauce on it. The sauce didn't even match the description on the menu. Since when is garlic sauce sweet? I'm disappointed. The crab rangoon was not that good this time. The only saving grace was the fried chicken wings which were delicious.
Great take out. My past take out delivery's were delivered on time and actually hot. If anything is amiss with an order they are good to correct the misunderstanding.
The worse Chinese food EVER & terrible customer service. I ordered orange beef and what I was given looked nothing like the picture listed. I called to explain what I was given looked nothing like the pic, it was orange breaded beef, all bread and no beef to be exact. The picture wasn’t breaded beef, upon calling the lady who takes the orders over the phone was absolutely rude, no apology or understanding. I will not recommend them. Terrible customer service, and food presentation. First and last time at East Wok.
Never had a bad experience! The food is always delicious and the delivery driver is the absolute nicest. Best Chinese restaurant CNY has to offer.
