I loved this place. Congratulations to the site and management. I travel a lot and stop in Dunkin' donuts sites. All sites are not this good. I know of what I speak. The staff was professional, friendly with quick service. The food ordered was fresh and the donuts were sooo good. My cousin and I loved the service and food so much, we went there several times while we were visiting family in the area.
Excellent service, very friendly and ALWAYS have what you want. Open until 9 pm. Compared to other DD Down the road, rude staff, can’t understand them, drinks watered down and close way to early for their location. On a busy street, close at 7 pm.
Drive thru was closed, so I was already irritated at not being able to get my coffee quickly. So, I went inside. There, i was greeted by Ethan with the biggest smile, and just ready to brighten up someone's day. My day was not going good, but his bubbly attitude made my day! Thanks Ethan?.
Could not even go in. Only drive through open. Not sure if because of labor shortage or what but I will not be shopping at a place that will not let you even walk in and order or sit down and eat like a civilized person
I never leave reviews but I had a bad experience. First they got my drink wrong so I went in to ask for a new one. They were condescending and rude about it but agreed to make my drink again. They then ignored tickets coming through and were talking with half finished drinks behind them. The food was good though!
