The staff at this location is inept. I shouldn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes after getting there, after i already placed a mobile order 10-15 minutes before arriving, when the place is dead, AND you get the order wrong!
We order 3 drinks at speaker . The first drink was a large hot with 7 cream, second one large black & then a large ice with 7 cream 3 sugars. When we get to window only 2 drinks. We said there should 1 more & the older blonde said no only 2 look at your receipt . We said we order 3 . She said look at your receipt . So we said can we get the one & pay for it. She said no, there’s 5 cars behind you and you’ll have to go back threw the line and order again. We just wanted a large hot with 7 cream. This was very surprising to me because I am employed at another location of dunkin. People always adjust there orders at our window & not from our mistakes either!! This crew member wasn’t pleasant at all. Even if there policy was not to order at window she could of been nice about ! A good morning would of been nice . Will not be ever stopping at this location again ! I work hard for my money and I was willing to spend my hard earned money at dunkin and she turned me away from a mistake they made, not us! Thought rudeness came from younger folks not older ones. I’m almost 50.. and I still smile and try to have a pleasant attitude with my customers! If it wasn’t for customers I would not have a pay check!
I’m asking my friends to stop getting me Dunkin’ gift cards ‘cause I feel I’ve got to use them for their sake. The thing is I realized time ago, most of Dunkin’ staff had lost their touch long time ago. Just today, 5/11/22 stopped at this location just to run into someone who needs to be retrained asap. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She did not complete my mobile-order, and when I told her what I was waiting for, she made faces with attitude like I needed to apologize just for being there. Then, she grabbed from a corner what seemed to be my cup. She did not bother looking at the details of my order and of course messed it all up. I knew since I saw her attitude she was going to mess up my coffee and she did, she seemed to be all by herself and I tried to be understanding of it. I thanked her regardless of her attitude and I walked away. Once out, I realized I did not deserve to pay for something I wasn’t going to drink. Of course, I will not be coming back to this location, and probably no Dunkin’ store again. But if the owner still wants to be on business and out-stand, they need to be careful with hiring people who understands the importance of treating customers like we deserve. We all have issues, just doing your job and smiling could make a huge difference in everyone’s life.
Had the croissant sandwich with the sweet black pepper corn bacon. Order was taken immediately and barely waited 3 minutes for it to be handed to me. Very fast and efficient crew! Sandwich was awesome and put together correctly
They gave me a hard time to get my order the cashier was nice but the the employee wanted me to pay extra and she was very rude. She was talking under breath I can out of town from Rochester. I can't believe the rudeness on her cuz they messed up my drink. No Bueno.
Gorgeous women ,hot coffee and great pastry choices .. definitely should stop in here
Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! African American guy at window RUDE/ obnoxious! I witnessed him yelling and screaming when I pulled up! This place is horribly run! 4 employees standing around when pulling up to windows! 3 people brought wrong stuff to my car! Before getting it right! Owners better wake up!!!!!
Food was hot, hood and fresh, my drink had way to much swirly but nice people
5 am is the best time to get fresh Donuts an freshly brewed coffee. The ladies did mine an my besties absolutely perfect. An that's saying alot. Not all Dunkin's can get your coffee right without being watered down or burnt. Will be back definitely! ? ☕
Glad I read these reviews before wasting my time stopping here on the way to the nearby train station. Wish the Dunkin Donuts in the station was still open.
