Daily, I order 6 shots of espresso at other locations. Today, I was at destiny, so I decided to save a trip and buy my espresso while I was there. 6 shots should be at least 10 Oz of espresso at 1.5 Oz a piece(again, I do this every day)... I recorded a splash of espresso at the bottom of my small cup and the employees insisted it was 6 shots. They flat out robbed me. The help at this location need training on products and service BADLY

The staff have no clue what they are doing and need to be trained properly it’s ridiculous I was in line for about an hour she didn’t know how to put my order in she called her Friend for help and they still got it wrong lol never again

I love that this Dunkin location allows mobile order pickups even though it is inside destiny USA mall and they don't have to.
