Very rude young lady in the morning shift. Drive thru. As of 7/28/22
Came to the drive thru for a simple drink. Not only did I wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, but they messed up the drink. Instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they pushed the blame on to me and tried to get me to take the drink anyway. The people yelled at me and even called me ignorant while I was trying to explain what drink I ordered. Absolutely no excuse for this.
I went here on april 27, 2022 .There were two beautiful ladies in the window very nice .I got my coffees and drove off realize it was not what I thought I order.I went back told them what was wrong. She was very nice and told exactly what to ask for next time to get it right the first time.She then fixed both of my drinks and gave them back.Grest customers service. I will definitely be using this location more glad it closer to my new place.Thank you.

Dirty customer service so rude today morning i try to add 1 small coffee after i order it by drive thru the white skinny girl she Have told me no i cant you’re order os ready after that i waiting 3 minutes ,i told her why im not picking up my order and you told me is ready and you not add coffee for me she’s screaming and all worker’s with her laughing if the manager he like to make sure or if he reading what I wrote i hope he checks the camera at 9:56Am
I hope if the owner checks the camera after each review im coming this morning with my husband and trying to add coffee after he makes order the white skinny girl she wear glass she working on the The driverthrough window she screaming and close the window hard like we are kids really bad service
I have issues today with my order when i try to talk the girl on the window she’s screaming please if you want to start your morning with smile don’t visit this location

Everything possible went wrong. I order on the app for walk-in pick up. I get there and all the doors are locked. No sign or anything. I go into the drive thru only to be greeted with a mumble. I tell them I am there to pick up my on-the-go. Get to the window and I have to remind them that I am an on-the-go customer. They hand me 1 out of two drinks and they go thats it right. I am like no I have a hot chocolate too and they ask what size. Why am I having to tell you what I ordered? I probably ordered 10 minutes ago and you don't know what was on the order nor have you made it? Finally I get the second drink. I leave and take a sip of my iced coffee, which was cream and hazelnut shot, not swirl. I can't have sugar. Turns out they used swirl. And I ordered on the app so its not like it was a communication issue. They just either don't know the difference between a swirl and a shot or didn't pay attention. I don't know how so much could go wrong in one visit. I wasn't gonna go back because I didn't have time and they locked the doors I certainly wasn't gonna wait in that line again. The prices keep going up and the service is just going down. Cant justify going anymore.
