We have been going through the drive-thru 3 or 4 times a week and always get good service especially from Natalie (I think that's her name). Our order is always right and Natalie never skips the whip cream. Thanks Natalie!
I go there every day and they either forget part of my order or mess up my coffee i have been going there for over 7 years.
This Dunkin’ is so good. Natalie makes the best drinks always consistently. Always friendly and attentive.
As a local cny realtor I stay fueled up on caffeine. I finished a listing appointment with my seller in mattydale and had some time to kill before showing a home for sale in Liverpool so I stopped into the dunkn in North Syracuse for a latte and free wifi. They recently renovated this location and it looks great. It was fully staffed unlike some of the others lately and service was the best. Procopio Real Estate highly reccomends the dunkn on Brewerton rd.
Why isn't there steak egg and cheese bagels ? Come on America it's our favorite breakfast ..
I've gone here several times due to pure convenience and always had rude and bitter employees, but the most recent experience was the nail in the coffin.I went through the drive through with my family after having placed a mobile order, and we were nearly yelled at to pull up after giving the name. We got to the window and waited about ten minutes before we got our drinks, which is fine, as it was late at night, but they didn't say anything beforehand.The entire time we could hear employees yelling and arguing with each other, complaining loudly about their general manager and casting several dirty looks in our direction. The coffee was good I guess, but I'd rather not be this uncomfortable in what should be a quick and painless interaction.
Typical DD experience. Quick friendly and service. Was afternoon so it wasn't as busy as I have seen. Was clean and well staffed which is a rarity in the Syracuse area.
