Drive through is packed so I went to go inside and all doors are locked. Knocked on the window a bunch and they all ignored me. So effing unprofessional! Disgusting management. I called several times and they kept ignoring my call.

Literally stood in the lobby for fifteen minutes in line and left before they even took the order of the girl in front of me. They helped a doordash worker who was also waiting in line for easily ten minutes before being helped, and who knows how much before then. if you’re coming here be ready to wait 30+ minutes in line. i’m writing this from the drive through that i have been sitting in for over ten minutes. i work a different dunkin location and you get penalized for having anyone in the drive through for more than like three minutes. get it together.
Ordered mobile order for walk in. Got to restaurant and lobby doors were locked, no signs saying why. Had to wait in long line. Then got to drive through board and told them we had mobile order and they only had 1 drink, when the placed order was for 2. As the guy we were communicating with was looking, a female came over the speaker and obviously yelled at us to pull up. Always awful customer service at this location!!!!
i made a mobile order for a small iced latte under the impression that i would be able to run in and grab it. however, this was not the case at all. i went in after 10 minutes of ordering and thought my drink would be ready, it was not but i stood and waited until it was. i ended up waiting for 15 minutes before i stepped up and asked “is there a mobile order for emma?” and the guy working said “i have no idea where it is” so i told him what it was and they told me that they would “be right back” which left me waiting for another 30 minutes. then after standing in line for another 10 the cashier had a poor attitude about the whole situation and snapped saying “it’s right here”, well what was there was a hot unflavored latte that i was just expected to know was mine when i knew on the app that it was an iced latte. this was extremely frustrating but the fact that the cashier didn’t apologize to me, but to the person behind me instead is what bothered me the most. the person behind me came in and was able to get what he wanted with ease. i made a mobile order and ended up waiting almost an hour for one drink and was given poor customer service.
Thank you Dunkin Donuts you make the best grilled cheese. That I've had in a long time and I love grilled cheese but you are my favorite thank you and you always been so polite God bless you all.?????
They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times here. The workers have horrible attitudes and seem like they hate their lives. My partially blind friend asked about a menu item that she couldn’t read and was told that “there is a menu right in front of you.” Although they did give us an answer to our question, the snarky comment was not appreciated.
The drive thru was very busy, which I get on a work day morning. But when I got close to the window I realized why..employees were arguing loudly and didn’t really care that people could hear them or see them. The poor lady in front of me had her change basically thrown at her and dropped on the ground outside her car. The person at the window was shoving things out of the drive thru window not even looking at the customers. After waiting for 15 minutes in line my hash browns were burnt and they didn’t even give me the correct coffee!! Simple black coffee! I got cream and sugar. Waste of money and my time today. Come on DD get it together!

I ordered a black hazelnut coffee and it was too sweet to even drink, and they forgot my second sandwich. Soggy hash browns :(
