Literally the worst dunkin I have ever been to, service is slow, they make customers wait for 5+ mins before they even take their orders, most of the time they say "we cant make hot food" or " we dont have this product" even when its a brand new menu item, and when you pick something else off the menu they tell you "itll be a little bit," which basically sounds like them saying i dont feel like making this for you. Also how do take someones coffee order and repeat it back correctly and then we ask for the same thing but in a different size and they both end up wrong? Very displeased with this location within the last 2 yrs! when i first moved out here it was never like this
How difficult is it to put a cover correctly on a cup of coffee? How difficult is it to get an order right, extra large coffee, 5 creams 5 sugars on the side? Perhaps this dingbat of a woman should get an easier job, like sitting on the couch and watching TV. The dimwit looked annoyed when I asked where my cream and sugar were. The cup of coffee spilled inside my car due to the cover not being put on all the way! Ugh.

What a train wreck this place is, I have been going here since it opened after taking over the old Tim Horton's. I don't know how you can work at Dunkin Donuts and not have donut knowledge. You absolutely cannot go to the drive-thru if you order multiple donuts. I don't know what has happened but their donuts are up to $1.59 each which is crazy given how small they are, the chocolate and blueberry glaze donuts don't have any glaze on them anymore. I asked for the apple spice jelly donut and get a plain cinnamon sugar donut, just constant mistakes and slow service, my advise go anywhere else for your donuts and coffee.

As always its the best go-to place for donuts, egg and cheese wraps and, of course, coffee. Huge selection of mouth watering donuts, sandwiches and specialty items. A must-stop destination.
I've been eating Dunkin for years and this is the worst location I've ever had the misfortune of eating at. They are slower than any other drive thru in town and close the front whenever they feel like it due to understaffing. The scheduling manager skates by with 3 employees who are careless. You WILL spend 30+ minutes in this drive thru if it's wrapped. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS.
Ordered an iced coffee with 3 French vanilla swirl, 3 sugar and less ice. I get this every time I go to Dunkin’ but this was the first time I tried this Dunkin’. If there was any French vanilla swirls in it, it would be white or creamy not like this. On top of that I ordered 6 donuts 2 Boston Creme, one strawberry frosted, 2 Glazed and a glazed Blueberry. The glazed donuts were not even glazed. The blueberry glazed was just a regular donut with strawberry frosting. Horrible service. Never ordering from here again. They could have said sorry we don’t have blueberry glazed then just throwing in a donut and putting strawberry frosting on it to make up for it. Or at least glazed the glazed donuts.
