First time at this location.I decided to stop here on my way to work and it was not a great first impression!The food I ordered was cold the first but into it, and after waiting 5 min at the drive-thru window, you would think that they would have had time to cook it all the way.Just a heads up people! Make sure your food is cooked all the way!
Stopped in at the location off John Glenn next to Coca Cola. Very slow while viewed more than 10 employees.
On the morning of May 2nd,I visited this store on 299 Farrell rd. In Syracuse, NY,I was treated UNACCEPTABLY RUDE by and young man named MARCUS,He had a bad attitude towards me as soon as I went into the store, and it got way out of hand to the point that MARCUS treated me with 2 options coming around the counter or he would take me outsideAll I could think (I love my job) over and over till I got my food and could leave,I don't appreciate this treatment and don't appreciate being treated,I will never be back to the store and if I could I wouldn't give any starsThis treatment in customer is unacceptable, I am very disappointed were costomer service is headed ?
Three or four times in the past few weeks this Dunkin isn’t open as the sign says and there are no signs anywhere. Website says open. These are all like between 7:30am and 8:00am. Never stopping there again. I get it there’s a lot going on, staff shortages, etc. but put a sign up.
Small donuts and expensive. Staff was good.

Female morning manager is wildly unprofessional and just all around a mess. Came in and she was berating one of the employees, and after the employee walked away she continued to talk poorly about the employee to another employee loudly in front of customers. Inappropriate, unprofessional… and just foul mouthed. What an embarrassment to your establishment to have someone with such a rotten attitude running your store.
Ice coffee way too watery!!!! Tasted like Creamer with ice and a splash of coffee...yuck
