Straight up just didn’t deliver my food, and they had an automated phone line say that they were closed when the corporate website says they are open much later. Don’t get scammed by this garbage franchise
I’m doing this review while eating my food! I ordered at 11:09pm and it was delivered by Iall at 11:47pm, not bad at all!!! Last time I ordered from here was during the Covid Pandemic I waited two hours ? I think we all were a bit short handed at that time. This time fast and accurate (pizza was a little folded but I ordered a lot more stuff than just what was pictured) I received all my drinks and dips as well. Great job guys!!!
Pizza person could not understand english. I couldn't find him. Had to go down twice. The driver brought me no napkins or condiments. Pizza good.
Delivery driver doesn't carry change. Got me for a 15 dollar tip...scam...food was ok
Pizza is always great. BUT there is always a problem with ordering with the automation. Today two large pizzas and cinnamon twists with apple dip. Received the two large pizzas and twists. No apple dip. Called store and was laughed at. Read receipt and the guy said well you never ordered it. It comes with icing. Well we didn’t receive that either. Well we would have to pay extra for dip. This automation ordering sucks and the guy who answered does too. There is always a problem. Will have find another store.
My first pizza was a mess the driver pulled it out of there trunk. All the toppings had slid off the pizza. So I waited over an hour for my replacement just for it to be wrong and on top of it the forgot to put the sauce on the new pizza?
Worst manager had a delivery going to upstate hospital they looked up the address for me and then turned around and charged them a delivery fee after charging me they will never get my business after charging them and I hope no more hospital for them we had a good talk about dominos very surprisingly disappointed and to top it off they cancelled are order with out informing us very unprofessional place ever will be calling corporate office to do this to a hospital when your just trying to say thanks so mad
Delivery driver came back to the door after forgetting a dipping sauce. I was very happy to see their staff going the extra mile. Great service.
Placed a order around 10:30 ...order never came... We Waited over 2 hours ...manager is a compulsive liar now it's 2 am and we still are starving... Don't order waste of time... Fire whole staff
Tired of placing orders thru a computer that gets it wrong, takes forever, and doesn't give a price. Now, I wait forever, still have a human check, and it was wrong 3 times now anyways...
