Breast salads anyone could ever get. No kidding. They will wow you with the selections. Never had one I didn't love. Salads doesnt really describe it. They are meals.
I want to love this place. I have eaten here for years and love the healthy, flavorful food. However, it has gotten to a point that I can no longer ignore the horrifying amount of waste. This restaurant uses disposable plates, bowls and silverware even if you dine in. When a mistake is made, their standard operating procedure is to throw out the whole thing right in front of you, plate included. If you ask nicely to omit a cover or silverware you don’t need, the first person will do it, then the next person down the line will just throw it in anyway. When, you say, no, please, I really didn’t want that, they reach in and instead of putting it back - straight in the trash, for absolutely no reason. This has happened to me one too many times now. I feel that I can no longer eat here. If Core Life would simply start to offer proper, reusable plates, bowls and silverware for those who want to dine in, I will happily return and change this review to 5 stars. Until then, I don’t feel that I can justify going back.
Granted it was Memorial Day and they were closing at 3, we came in right around close and my wife was totally rushed, told they were out of ingredients & treated like the extra 2 minutes it took to make her order was like asking them to work on Christmas. Then we get back to eat with a 6 hour drive ahead of us and this is the salad I got for the Kale Yeah. Kale. Blue cheese dressing. And an egg. For 14 dollars. And the attitude. Needless to say I’ll never go back or recommend to anyone.
Just went to Core Life with my mom. I frequent Core Life, though my mom doesn’t as there isn’t one near her. We came in around 3:30 and ordered some build-your-own bowls. My mom was trying to finish up her bowl and was inquiring about the dressings. She asked one of the workers about the dressing options. She said “there’s a sign” then rolled her eyes and then walked off.A couple minutes later she returns, and my mom tells her it wasn’t right for her to roll her eyes and walk off when she was just trying to ask a simple question. Instead of apologizing, she decided to get into a full-blown argument with my mom and then proceeded to tell her that dressings aren’t her station. We were the only patrons in the restaurant at this time. I understand working a fast-food line isn’t fun work, but she really needs to work on her customer service skills if she ever wants to work a job involving customers. Manager on duty (Matt I believe his name was) came out and was very apologetic.
The food is not bad at all and a good place to try and eat something healthy. I door dash a lot and come here quite often. I give 2 stars because of how rude ONLY 2 of the same employees are. Extremely unprofessional and ignore you. Also talk trash about customers as they walk away.
Ordered something new from the menu. A chicken wrap. Got to choose five add ons a dressing plus the chicken. The wrap was large so I asked for it to be cut so my wife and I could share. The answer was NO, they do not cut wraps. Only spoons and forks were provided. Tried cutting with two forks and it was a mess. No plates were provided so tried to eat a messy wrap off a napkin. Insult to injury only four small pieces of chicken in the wrap. Doubtful if we will be returning and that's a WRAP.
Slow, understaffed, web orders are ALWAYS slow 45 minutes late and always wrong! Stay away Many many orders are always wrong

Service is horrible! Multiple people standing behind line area, they move like turtles, and no organization! They make you Stand there waiting while big orders are being filled slower than molasses! Food 2x now cold2 soggy!!Managers/ owners better wake up! I am in here weekly it’s same thing!
My first time here and I ordered the Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl. The sweet potatoes were charred yet still clearly raw, yet I didn't know this until I was back home with my food. After I placed my order I noticed the wide variety of lovely toppings that apparently were not for me because I was given an opportunity to add these at any point. Perhaps that's only for the make your own bowl menu item, but that wasn't made clear from my perspective. The fountain drinks were very cool and I enjoyed the vanilla fig acv option very much. I want to like this place so I will likely return, because the flavors were actually great. Portion sizes could be bigger though.
