The steak burrito made me so full that I couldn't eat my chips and sour cream. I was disappointed that the cheese quesadilla was for adults was online orders only ?
The last 3 times I've been to this location I have had issues. Today I was missing items from my bowls/ given the wrong flavor Izzes & had dry black beans in my chips. Last week I was missing chips/ given the wrong flavor Izzes and the time before that I was missing a burrito/given the wrong flavor Izzes. It takes two seconds to go over an order to make sure everything correct. I won't be going to this location anymore even I rather drive further just to know my order is made correctly ??♀️
When Chipotle first came on the scene I wasn't impressed. The meat seemed dry and the vegetables didn't have much flavor. I thought "this place is just a fad". Fast forward to today and things have changed dramatically. I absolutely love their product. The cost for what you receive is well worth it. The taste is only matched by those who have the capability of crafting it themselves. Time is money too, let these guys do it while you enjoy the fullness a healthy meal can deliver.
I usually love Chipotle, but this one in particular is run very poorly. My husband and I have gone here multiple times and 80% of the time the white rice is undercooked, if not completely raw still. The cleanliness of the restaurant gets 0 stars. The staff is not good when it comes to not dropping food into other containers when putting together someone's meal and their rolling skills are not good. The only reason we still go to this restaurant is because it is the only Chipotle close to us and we have no other choice. Thankfully one is opening closer to us in the near future and we will never be returning to this location ever again.
Our chicken & rice bowl was ridiculously salty. Barely able to eat it & our system will pay later! Assuming it was the chicken. I’ve ordered this many times from that location & never tasted it so bad! Throw it out along with any salt in the kitchen!!
It's a good Mexican go-to restaurant when I want Mexican food, and I'm grateful for it. I could be wrong, but it seems that Syracuse incredibly has very few Mexican restaurants. I lived on the Central California Coast for 42 years, where I can throw a rock and hit three good Mexican joints. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spots here - I'm kinda new to the neighborhood - live in the Eastwood area, and I find Spanish and Latin food joints, but... (Now that I've written this, I'm gonna look for more Mexican places. Or maybe start my own!!!) By the way, when I go to Chipotle, I ALWAYS wait in line. It looks looked many people share my view! It appears that there is a market for MORE Chipotle restaurants here!!! GO FOR IT, Chipotle.
The staff was nice but I ordered a steak salad and they had no dressings, but should have been told when I asked for a salad. I bought it anyway because it was made already and didn't want to embarass the staff.
The service and food is good. I highly recommend. However, I think I'm not a Chipotle fan. After a few bites I throw away because it's lacking something...I believe its the brown rice.
This is the worst chipotle location , 2nd time ordering and it’s always a bad experience. I paid $5.10 for chips and Queso and this is how I received my bag of chips , not even half way full. Literally like 20 chips inside that bag, I found this so disrespectful. I ordered extra protein on my bowls as well and did not get the portion or meats i ordered.
Been a Chipotle customer from the start in Denver. This location is absolutely horrible. Will not be returning to this location ever again. I always order online and it has been wrong multiple times, have come in numerous times and have had terrible customer service, and was actually YELLED at during this last visit. This location has serious issues with food quality and customer service. It’s tarnishing the brand. To the owner/manager of this store: You’re fking up one of the easiest chains to operate. Maybe go find something simpler to do since you clearly cannot handle the basics.
