Most recently, my delivery's have been horrible experiences. Ingredients were missing and orders have come 3 hours late. I tried calling the location and no one answered either. Very disappointed. Alongside this, the door is not wheelchair accessible.

Normally fine, today I picked up a burrito bowl that was just flat out missing more than half of the ordered ingredients. No lettuce, no cheese, no sour cream, wrong rice and beans, no meat! The bowl wasn't even half full. The fact that this meal left the restaurant is a major problem. The ingredients that are there, don't even look appetizing. A mix of old and new guacamole. Old, dried out rice and corn. This was an incredibly disappointing experience.

I eat fresh food, and this place made me a fan. They know me to do deliveries for them, but any delays on the food pick up,,,,,,,,, I order me a plate..

I've had chipotle a few times (always a burrito) this was the first time the burrito was actually shut and didn't break, maybe that means there was less in it but it filled me up just fine and didn't go everywhere. Decided to get queso and medium salsa this time and skipped lettuce, I was a big fan of the burrito I got with pollo asada. Brother and brother in law each got bowls with the same and were very happy.

Ordered online through the chipotle website and we received the wrong order. When you call the number you get a prerecorded message and no ability to request the corrected order. It redirects you to their website where we attempted to submit a request for the correct order. Instead of sending us the food we originally ordered, they gave us a free BOGO coupon. I don't want to have to pay more for two more burritos, I just want the one I originally ordered.

Avoid this Chipotle like the PLAGUE between 11 AM – 1 PM. (trigger warning: First-World Problems Rant To Follow): My office did an order for pickup. Pickup time was for noon, but the food wasn’t ready until 12:45. I spoke with the person at the register several times about my order, each time she said “it’s coming.” After a combined total of forty minutes of waiting I finally asked her, very politely, “Would you mind looking up my order in the system and making sure you have it.” She looked, then told me my order wasn’t in the system. She stared at me. I gave her my reservation number. Then she “found” it. When I got back to my office, we realized none of orders were labelled, so we had to guess what belonged to who. The store had also run out of sour cream, which was a real bummer. I feel bad for the folks who work here because they’re clearly understaffed (I assume that’s the problem?). Chipotle’s managing offices should just turn off mobile orders for pickup at this location between the hours of 11 AM – 1 PM. If the restaurant can’t handle the volume, then turn-down the volume by disallowing for mobile orders. It might irritate folks that they can’t order online, but it would be much less irritating than showing up and waiting on an order for 45 minutes.

The place is nasty and dirty . No table in there was clean at all and no sanitizing. We were going to eat there but once we saw that we went out. The place is dirty so imagine the inside the food they would serve.

My order is consistently wrong. When I ask about it they claim that they’re out of whatever ingredient when I literally see it there. My recent orders have left me so unsatisfied I won’t be coming back to this chipotle at all

This location (Marshall St) need to shut down until they can find the right help. Why open if food is not available. No vegetables, no rice, no vinaigrette dressing, get this place in order with a better staff.

don’t bother ordering from this location. they only give you half your bowl and unfortunately for me i got it delivered. it also had two hairs in it. the one in Fairmount is so much better.
