Was not impressed with the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was beyond crispy to the point that it was very hard to chew, no sauce and large pickle slices. I don't care for their pickles anyway.
Slowest store in the area. Trashes the fast out of fast food. Didn't help that they don't care about customers being accosted by panhandlers.
Most people have good customer service skills, but their a little slow and always forgetting the cheese but never forget to charge me
I like to come here for the chocolate milkshake, they have really good shakes. I just hate that they don't have whip cream for the shakes. But, I still keep getting them regardless!!
This Burger King wasn’t always great but it’s been a lot better lately. The staff has been super pleasant almost always, but there quality of food hasn’t always been great. Looks like it’s taking a turn for the better.
Fast food should ideally take less than 20 minutes to receive. I could have butchered a cattle and cooked it in less time than it took to get my food.
I like Burger King more you guys are pretty great in my experience haven't had any bad experience of anything yet

Wish I could share pictures of my French fries made in dirty oil. Ordered fries today through the drive through. When we received them, we noticed black and rust colored chunks all over them. Went inside to ask why they are serving food like this and the manager exclaimed " there's nothing I can do about it, the fryers are all messed up and I can't change the oil but I can make you something else"....absolutely disgusting. Don't go to this store unless you want a side of rust and dirt with your French fries.
Since there aren't many restaurants on post, you are forced to go the the ones available. Especially if you're in a rush. This Burger King consistently provides poor service. Out of the handful of times I visited here, most of my orders were either wrong, cold, it something missing. I'd rather starve than eat here again. I recommend new management and a new crew that takes pride in what they do because this crew certainly doesn't.
