First, let me start off by saying I don’t have a problem with the food here. I’ve never had an issue with the employees either. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER ORDERING THROUGH THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM. I had used their online services many times in the past. That is, until April 2nd. On this day, I ordered some food for dinner. I ordered and paid online using my iPad. When I went to pick it up, I was told they never received my order. She asked if I ordered from the other Arby’s on Erie boulevard. I said I didn’t even know they had another one on the boulevard, but didn’t believe I had. I tried checking my email on my phone and never received one. Since I wasn’t 100% sure that I ordered from the right one, I went home to check my iPad. Once I got home, I saw that I had ordered from the correct store. I also received a confirmation number. So, I returned with my iPad. However, since they didn’t receive the order, she could not give me my food. So, I ordered and paid…again. I had paid with Apple Pay the first time and it showed as pending. The cashier told me that this had happened to other people so I thought the charge would not go through since I never received an email or food. On Monday, I saw the charge did go through. I tried contacting them online twice explaining what happened. It said someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did though so I guess I’m just out the money. So, if you decide you want to order from there…just go there to do so. Don’t order online.

Ordered the brisket on Erie Blvd. It was cold and tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day.Won’t return to any Arby’s!!!

It took 20 min of wait time to receive a disgusting disaster of a meal! My fries were raw in the inside and soggy on the outside! My Hawaiian Deluxe fish sandwich was soggy,drenched in tarter sauce, cheese was non existent, lettuce wilted and brown in color, and fish filet slid out the bun more times then I can count. To top off the worst Arby's experience of my life my fish sandwich was missing a tomato and my cheese sauce was watery. A waste of 40.00! I want a refund! What a bad way to end a long work day!!!!!!

The corned beef sandwich was terrible. Soggy bread. Meat watery. I got sick on it with terrible stomach aches. Yes, I should have brought it back

There was 2 mess ups with our order. Their drive through was busy. I went in to pick up our mobile order. The wrap my step daughter wanted without tomatoes & banana peppers. She wasn't feeling good to begin with. It came with both on it. She did eat about half. They forgot my younger daughter's 'toy.' Luckily I noticed that before leaving. They also forgot to out in a couple sauces I requested through the order, but simply asked for them when I noticed they weren't in the bags. Overall, food was good and all warm.

Placed an order this evening to be delivered by DoorDash. DoorDash was at business to pick up and they informed her they were not taking anymore orders. Could have informed customer and DoorDash this prior, instead of wasting everyone’s time.

I visited this Arby's Saturday 2/19/22, not Sunday/2 days ago. Great service, great employee who was very efficient & polite. The food was warm & tasted great.

It may be fast food but it tastes good and the workers are kind. They are always cheerful and happy to make adjustments to the order. The fries are nearly always fresh too.

The manager Tom here deserves a raise! They were slammed today at 1pm. There was a woman too who’s name I didn’t see she was a Supervisor. They lead the team and got it done efficiently.

They were really busy and forgot my sandwich in the drive through, but were quick to replace it when I walked in.
