We went on a Friday night around 7. There was a “DJ” playing music. Music was fine, except that I couldn’t have a conversation with my girlfriend. I guess every Friday they have a “DJ” from 6-10. For the price of the food, I would expect to not have music blaring while I eat. Food was great and our waiter was awesome. Definitely won’t go back on a Friday!
I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Friendly service, good drinks, and delicious seafood boil. Prices were reasonable to me, no complaints about the freshness of the seafood either. They also have frozen drinks. The menu is also customizable, so you can either choose between a combo of seafood bases or go all-in and pick as many (or as little) as you want — all boils include corn and potato already which is nice. I really enjoyed the combination of the aloha special sauce and extra hot spice level, which was not too spicy for me at all, just right. I’m happy to see a decent seafood boil place in Syracuse and will definitely be back!
Celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary here. And we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The servers were very attentive and the manager as well. They were excited to have us there celebrating such a milestone. They played some music for us and created a nice vibe. I appreciated them helping us make a memorable night. The food was delicious and better than similar restaurants in the area. The bartenders are friendly but may need a little more training on making drinks. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give a five star.
100% recommend !!! This place is absolutely amazing ! The food was delicious ,our waiter (Jennifer) was awesome , and the prices are fair . Had dinner at this restaurant for my husbands birthday and we’ve never received such great costumer service . We were seated right away, Jennifer helped us with the menu and our drinks. Our food came out right behind our appetizers ! The whole experience was nice , definitely plan on visiting again .
I went here with one other person on a Sunday afternoon and we both agree that this restaurant was fantastic. The food was fresh and the service was fast and courteous. You get a nice portion of food for the amount you pay.We had the seafood bags with Crab, sausage, corn potatoes and Shrimp. The shrimp were large. For an appetizer we had calamari. The calamari was great as well however, it was not fried as hard as many other seafood places (if that is something you prefer).Clean tables and chill atmosphere - would definitely come in again when in town.
My husband and I called ahead to see how busy it was and from the phone call conversation with the staff employee we knew it was going to be a bad idea. but since we had never been there we wanted to give it a chance. We arrived at the facility and there were 5 employees at the front and we were ignored. When someone finally decided to assist us the hostess turned around with her whole finger in her mouth, pulled it out and grabbed the menus. As a nurse especially this is by far disgusting and a complete turn off to the facility. My husband and I left and went somewhere else. We are big foodies and love trying new places and we're really looking forward to a new place for crab legs which we love. What a disappointment.
