Place closes at 12 called up for a order for pick up at 1120 they told me the grill was closed and they’re not taking any more orders garbage ads service

Nothing particularly great about this location. Got to go order, our drive was 15 min but the wings were somewhat lukewarm, idk if wings can cool down that fast.

I'm a courier throughout the five boroughs I've been in every Wingstop throughout but this one the service is terrible they have bad attitudes I guess it's a Staten Island thing and I'm from here so I know one time I ordered when I was in Brooklyn on the app by the time I got hereThe order wasn't ready the lady at the counter was rude and I had to wait a whole hour for my order like I had to reorder my order for some reason even though they got it from a half an hour ago they didn't put the sauce on the full chicken wings and it tasted disgusting when I got home whenever I get I go to the one here

Nice stuff, good food, chill. Lemon pepper was good and so was Hawaiin and the parmesan one.

I love there wings but there not always consistent with how they make them. Sometimes there is a lot of sause and made perfectly. While other times they don’t put nearly enough sause. The line is also very long and they seem to be unorganized sometimes. I don’t think that the wait is worth the inconsistency of the wings.

I ordered twice. Once they forgot half my wings. This time they give me all drummettes when I order wings. I get it, you want to save a few bucks but zero care for the customer.

Listen, I own a restaurant so I get late customers walking in sucks, but declining people 45 min before close, especially for almost a $100 order during a time where restaurants in NYC I are struggling for business… I know I would fire my employee if they did that. To make it worse I tried calling in 4(!!) times with no answer.

The fries are kinda... but I LOVE THE WINGS MY GUY

This place never and I mean never gets your order right. Either something is missing or it's not cooked well. The worst ever!!!!

I ordered through door dash and after and hour and a half of waiting with the ETA repeatedly refreshing to a later time they cancelled my order. I worked 12 hours in the ICU as a nurse taking care of covid patient and haven’t eaten all day. And have to be back at work in a few hours so now I have to go to sleep hungry because I have no other options after waiting an hour and half for you to cancel my order
