Don't order the +$2.00 Eel Protein, it's 3 small pieces. And don't call in about the hair you find stuck to the bottom of the bowl in your delivery because you will be called a liar. But at least the food was good, except the pickles. Don't choose those. Please reply to this, and tell me I am wrong. I will bring in the hair and we can post the DNA results if you want to prove me wrong. I never complained about the eel I simply asked how big the portion was supposed to be and then said it should be advertised. And two, I want you to do better and or just say sorry to the customer rather than call them a liar. People don't want just good food they want to support nice people.
This is the best poke bowl on Staten Island. The ingredients are SO FRESH and they have so many options. The fried chicken and chicken teriyaki are SO GOOD too. We love their milk teas, and we really love that you can specify less sugar. Amazing amazing food! Beyond that, the customer service is INCREDIBLE. When door dash shrunk their delivery radius to no longer include our house, Wild Crab House - without us even asking - fixed the issue and reached out to us to let us know. When I change my order up after getting the same thing a few times in a row, they call to confirm. That much care and attention to detail is u heard of! I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

I ordered as pickup from the DoorDash app. I had a craving for seafood but I didn’t want to go to Hook and reel. I took a chance and visited the restaurant. The seafood boil is soooo good. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Definitely will be back at the restaurant and will be using their delivery services

I don't just hand out accolades just like that...This is THE best seafood boil spot on Staten Island HANDS DOWN!I took a chance and NEVER looked back. Almost an addiction.Fast and very friendly service. I've recommended this place to all my family and friends and they have never been disappointed.Some drive from Brooklyn and New Jersey just to pick up some of their delicious Snow Crabs legs.Thank You Wild Crab House!
I ALWAYS enjoy eating here and the customer service is wonderful -- the owners are always so kind and accommodating. The options on their menu is very extensive, its a fusion honestly with Chinese, Japanese and many other tasty choices. So far I have been addicted to the seafood noodle dish and creating my own healthy poke bowl, it's always fresh and filling and prices are very reasonable. This is my new favorite place on the island!

Food was fresh.. the fried shrimp rice is delicious and the French fries were a lil soggy wish it was a lil more toasty .. but not bad, It was fast , I used the Uber eats. I’ll try another sauce next time, I had the house special .. a lil greasy but not overly. Gonna try it again.
