This Wendy's is disgusting. Full of rude kids with attitudes. Half the order is always missing. I go out of my way to avoid this location.
I literally will never be coming back. I came here like a month ago and after eating their nuggets, I threw up the entire night. After getting some courage to go back, I went today. They literally messed up my order like 3 times I had to keep going back around the drive through. The girl was so rude and practically threw the food at me. Then after eating this afternoon, I threw up all night again. When I was eating the nuggets some of them felt mushy! I couldn’t eat some of them. This is honestly a disgrace and should be a crime for raw food.
They let me wait on drive thru for 20 minutes for a dordash pick up that i was paid 5$ ,this is insane like they are robots and no logic,,why do i have to go on drive thru line to wait 20 mins for a picku??????? Do u have respect for peoples time
Doesn't have half the menu, food is nasty and under cooked . Management is worse. And employees offering to sell you drugs thru the drive thru window, mind you management is watching the whole thing laughing . This Place is ghetto
Lately, this particular Wendy's is missing supplies every time I go there. My last trip there, they told me they had no more large cups for the drink, and they offered me large fries, but a medium drink. They still charged me for the large meal, though. I also ordered the chili, but when I got to the pay window, they told me they were out of chili, despite taking the order. At least they didn't charge me for it. The food that I did receive was cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. This Wendy's used to be great up to about a year ago, and then it went downhill. This is the second time something like this happened. Don't think I'll be back. I would try one of the other Wendy's in the area. This one is dropping the ball. One extra star because the staff was polite, apologetic, and quick with the service, and I know it's not their fault.
The food is usually fresh and staff friendly It's, the only issue usually is that It's hit or miss whether or not your order will be correct. They get pretty busy at peak hours so the staff can get overwhelmed and naturally make mistakes, there only human afterall :)Overall considering the other fast food options, this is a safe bet.
Nicest Wendys I’ve been on Staten Island the employees go above and beyond for their costumers. I had 2 coupons for 2 free meals and they redeemed not only that but the other burger I had on there as well with the cheese sauce. Sabrina at the counter was super nice getting us all our sauces we needed and went above and beyond to give us a try of there new cheese sauce which was delicious. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back to this location. Everything was fresh, correct and overall my experience was 5 starts all around.
The nastiest Wendy’s branch ever. A lot of rude kids who doesn’t know how to handle food properly and very disrespectful especially the night shift. It’s like a f… ing playground. I’m watching them passing my order from one hand to the next. I refused the order and demanded refund. Cooperate need to do something cuz, those kids are getting out of hand.
Quick service, great workers. Through the pick up window, you could see all the workers were smiling. That's really nice!
