Very slow service, they worry more about mobile orders then the clients who actually walk into the store. Dark skin girl with the glasses is very rude. Fries were over cooked smh

I always order from here through UberEats or Seamless. My food is delivered FAST & FRESH every time. Sometimes they will throw an extra nugget here and there too. The Wendy's team on Hylan makes me feel very valued as customer. Thank you! :)
They offer dine in but the doors are always locked, I have to knock on the door and ask to be let inside to eat. This is ridiculous… Either you’re dining is open or closed, don’t lock the doors and make people think you’re closed just because you want to be lazy and force everyone to the drive thru…
Does every wendys employee on this island hate their job? Always so angry, can never bother to get an order right and gives you an attitude when you correct them. Giving you soda in which the cup is drench on the outside, then gives you more atttude when you ask them to wipe it off.. i mean rewlly who wantsa sticky cup? Very annoying. I came to this wendys because the eltingville one is just horrible. Might just have to boot all the wendys. Not worth the trouble.
I don't know what it is about these fast food restaurants, they want to swipe your card and not give you your receipt. I need to know you swiped my card for the right amount.
Used to be a dirty place but significantly improved after the revamp. Ordering fries and burgers from here? Can't really go wrong since they go quick.Their chicken on the other hand doesn't go as fast.. and sometimes has mold..Gotta give this place 2 stars from my original 1 star.
Very courteous staff. Well spoken polite and helpful. Very fast drive through. We got on a long line expecting to be there for a while. We ordered paid and were waiting for our food in less than 5 minutes. The food didn't take much longer to get to us despite the crowd.
Check your order in drive thru at nights. Always forgetting something each time, very frustrating. Other than that, food is your normal Wendy's fair, and made properly. Just make sure it's all there. Hope that helps ?
Wendy’s is great spot for cheap food. It is not really healthy but still it has great taste. I started to train every day so I can eat more and everything lol great customer service
