This is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had in the over 40 years I’ve been a Wendy’s customer. After waiting 25-30 min inside They got my order incorrect. When I brought up to counter to ask for redress, the counter clerk told me I was wrong. (?) she remain me the burger as I asked for and I asked the counter person to open because the hostility shown by the Expiditer. There was a thumbprint in the burger. I ask to see the manager, whom was less the five feet away from the whole exchange, she came over and told me I again was wrong and being unreasonable. She asked what wrong and I ask for a corrected burger…. She looked at the half exposed burger and said “that’s exactly what this i”..I tried to explain that my order was specific and I need that way She then Spoke over me and told me that they were a fast food restaurant and I was expecting too much…. I’m not a “Karen” nor do I believe the Customer always right….but I’ll never eat here again.
That Pineapple Mango Lemonade is the bomb!Service was quick and restaurant was pretty decent as far as cleanliness.
Updated.. was my favorite fast food place to go. But not when ran into a problem. Staff or said the manager isn't helpful trying to solve a problem when it applies. I understand I am just one customer of many ..but what's the point of having your manager there if not helping and solving the problem it encountered. I guess I won't be going there anymore.
Absolute WORST Wendy’s take out ever!My spicy crispy chicken sandwich was hard, cold and rubbery.Disgusting and just upset that I had to bite into the sandwich when I got home to a disappointment. Never again. I should have read the reviews here first.
The female on drive through tonight is rude and disrespectful. Messed up my order and blamed me for it. Complaining out loud while fixing her mistake.
Started going here after several horrible experiences at the Forest Ave location. The staff at this location is always pleasant and always clam, instead of overwhelmed.
Line at the drive thru was pretty long but they did move it along fast. Some people actually got out of their cars but I noticed that took longer than if they would've just stood in their cars.Food was hot and fresh. They did forget an item but as soon as I entered they remedied the issue.I would've preferred not to have to go in cause it defeats the purpose of a drive thru.
This Wendy’s is honestly one of the better ones on the island, I ordered the spicy nuggets from here and they were tender and fresh.
alots take out order, drive thought very busy, but fast, no wait too mich time, food fresh.but app won't let me use in this location. Recommend
I mean it wasn't the best I've had from this location but their food was decently delicious. I wish there chili was better though I had the chili cheese fries and it wasn't much chili on it too. Other than that we had 2 large combos, and 2 4 for 4's. Along with extra toppings for a total of $40+.
