A vegan bodega, yes please! Vegan options on Staten Island can be slim, so I was so stoked to find this place just around the corner from my family's home on my last trip back. I can't remember the last time I was able to get a breakfast sandwich from a bodega, but this definitely scratched that itch. The guy behind the counter was super nice, and I look forward to returning and supporting this awesome local business. All the stars. Wu-tang forever.

Had the French toast. Was a bit disappointed. Wish they had actual containers for the syrup instead of using the foil To close it because it spilled all over in the bag. I was also hoping for the bread texture to be more of a sponge type where it soaks up the flavors, but was more of a crunchy texture. Swap out the raspberry jam to strawberry and it’ll be heavennnn. (The raspberry overpowers everything).A few tweaks and it can be a total hit!

I got lunch. They're usually, but anytime of day is great. Even if you're not vegan, everything is still delicious

First and last time going here, ordered a bacon egg and cheese and large order of mac & cheese. The BEC was made on the smallest hamburger bun i’ve ever seen in my life, pictures online show a more fulfilling sized sesame roll which I definitely didn’t get. The mac and cheese must’ve been past date, it was legitimately SOUR I couldn’t even eat it. Basically paid $23 for a slider sized sandwich I should’ve just made at home. Maybe it was an off day based on all these amazing reviews, but that rancid mac was enough of a reason for me to avoid this place indefinitely.

Super good vegan breakfast! First time trying this spot and will definitely be back. We tried the bacon egg and cheese, and the sausage egg and cheese. Both were so tasty and filling!

The decor, art, peeps, and price is splendid! Important vegan bbq joint in Staten Island!

A vegan bodega! So cool. Has groceries and hot food. Even some local products and creations. Took the free ferry to Staten Island, and a 10 minute bus right to the bodega.

I really loved this place until the unpleasant experience I had yesterday. I placed an order at 12PM for pancakes and arrived at 12:30PM when it said the order would be ready. Apparently they ran out of pancake mix and had to make more, which is fine, but I wish they would’ve told me my order would be delayed. The girl working the front counter was also nasty and couldn’t understand why I was flustered waiting so long, and begrudgingly offered to make me something else, but with my dairy, soy, & gluten intolerance, I’m limited to what I can have.I waited 20+ minutes for an order of two giant pancakes that were inedible. They were rock hard on the outside, but gummy and raw on the inside and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. They also didn’t come with the raspberry jam that’s advertised that I was looking forward to. I threw the pancakes out after a couple of bites. Waste of $15 and an hour of my day.

Hands down this place is amazing. The food is high quality, made fresh, organic and all vegan. I have ate here several times and everything is fantastic. The falafel is homemade and delicious. The inside is brightly lit, very clean and there are friendly people to take your order and tell you about the food. It is a blessing to have this place, I recommend everyone go here. Support local. Eat right. Be happy!

Amazing vegan food! Everything we tried so far is the bomb. High quality ingredients, good prices and always fresh . Finally an awesome vegan spot in our neighborhood !
