I ordered 2 alcapurrias today and this is what I received I actually ordered 3 thankfully they didn’t give me the third one because this is not like any alcapurria I’ve ever had in my life it was disgusting and I actually threw up not too long after eating some of it I’m disappointed and I would not recommend them I don’t know what happened today I’ve eaten here many times but this isn’t acceptable.
Spanish soup (sancocho) is ultimate. Everything is delicious and freshly made. Thank you for such a comforting meal.
The food overtime has lacked flavor. I went today with my family and the women were extremely rude on top of that I was charged for a plastic plate for my hungry toddler. Which is was not the worst but it was handed to me with an attitude after I had already paid for it. I have become extremely disappointed in this restaurant , it used to be one of our favorite establishments to eat at.Just because you are not happy at your job that does not mean you need to try to ruin someone else’s day.
Ordered a milkshake and received what appeared to be half a cup filled of the milkshake. Never again!
Not so good. The food is delivered cold, has no flavor, and they don’t even give you salad dressing. You order a combo and they only send you one plastic plate.
Great food, but please pick up your order because the delivery takes more than 2 hours.
Idgaf what you have seen for bad reviews. I have only once received an order I wasn't happy with but in their defense I order at the absolute last minute. Can't except much at a moment like that. They have lives and wanna go home. They have accommodated my orders with things that aren't an option on Uber eats. I like the food and I never had bad service. I have had 1 or 2 poor communications due to a language barrier but that is expected. Until I have a bad experience I say this is a great place for Dominican food that's good to eat!
BE VERY CAREFUL USING YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE. I DID AND OVER $300 IN MY CARD WERE CHARGED. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I USED THAT CARD IN MONTHS!
Food took for ever and had to call 2xs to get a refund on food I didn’t receive on an online order, was told it was taken care of and still nothing. Very annoying, I hate giving free money to businesses.
I order from here on Uber Eats and after reading the other delivery comments I suggest you use Uber Eats to order from them because my food is delivered in 45 minutes or less. The food here is absolutely delicious. It's authentic Dominican food and is so fresh and you get great portions for the price. The Sancocho that's only available certain days of the week is one of my favorite dishes. They offer family combos that fit any budget and will fully feed a family of 5.
