My family and I have now had two events at Ruby Falls and both times we were incredibly impressed. Franks professionalism is unmatched. He is so nice, compassionate and eager to make the client happy. All of my guests raved about the food for days after. The staff are all extremely nice and attentive. We are always so happy with Frank and his staff
We had an Engagement Party for my daughter and her fiance here and the second we walked into Ruby Falls we fell in love with it. Along with my daughter's future father in law we booked it. We had about 130 people and fit in the 2 adjoining rooms perfectly with plenty of dance space. Everything was amazing from the passed out hors d'oeuvers to the buffet to the 3 bartenders to the DJ. Christina did a phenomenal job on the candy table. It was not only delicious but she decorated it really classy and elegant. The owner Frank was there the entire night to assure us a great party. We will have very fond memories of Ruby Falls. Thanks to Frank, Christina and the entire top notch staff for a night to remember. We highly recommend Ruby Falls!
This place is amazing from the moment I walked in to book my daughters baby shower we were greeted by Christina and the owner. They were both so friendly and helpful. I went to see several venues before going into Ruby Falls and none of them compared to what I experienced. The place is beautiful, service was great and the food was delicious.
We just had my sister's Bridgerton Bridal shower and I'm so glad I happen to drive pass this gem. The venue is beautifully decorated! The owner Frank is hands down the best, he was so laid back, understanding and down to Earth, very accomodating with all our needs. He was such a pleasure to work with. The staff was incredibly nice Christina, Olga and James thank you as well. The food was great! The penne was on point! You won't regret having an event here! I already am planning my daughters sweet 16 there and she's 5 lol
I had my daughters communion party this past weekend. It was an afternoon party. The ambience and decor is what I fell in love with when looking for a place to hold her event. The food was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was everything I wanted. I received several calls from family saying how beautiful everything was. How friendly the staff was. How delicious the food was. And how Frank was a beautiful person. We did use our own Dj but I am sure that based off of the way everything else went the house Dj would be nothing short of amazing also. I look forward to having more events held there and attending more. There was a beautiful balloon arch that decorated the outside gazebo which gave it a wonderful touch. The display table from Christine was absolutely stunning. I would give this more stars if I could. This is a family owned establishment and they treat their customers like family. Definitely the place to hold your next event.
I am writing this review to make sure I get the word out about this wonderful place. We had our daughter's sweet 16 at the Grand at Ruby Falls this past weekend, and everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in the door on day 1, right up until the last dance of the party, Frank and Christina made sure that my family and our guests were always the top priority.As soon as you walk through the door you can't help but be impressed with how beautiful the place looks, and then when you sit with Frank and Christina you immediately know you are in good hands. If you are looking for somewhere classy for your next party, make sure to put the Grand at Ruby Falls at the top of your list of places to check out, you won't be sorry. I recently had a party here at The Grand at Ruby Falls and was not disappointed!! The music, food, bar, & venue were amazing! The owner is a pleasure to work with and everything about the night was beautiful. Everyone had a great time
We had our daughter’s Sweet 16 at The Grand at Ruby Falls the weekend of Thanksgiving. Frank, Christine, Andrew (DJ) and the entire staff were fabulous! The party was a huge success with lots of fun had by all! The venue is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. The food was very good… Frank and the team were very collaborative and accommodating, working with us to ensure there were a number of gluten free options available, in addition to and included in the regular options. Above all our daughter had the time of her life and now has unforgettable memories that will last! Thank you once again to the Ruby Falls Team!

My boyfriends daughter had her Sweet 16 here last night. I can not even find the right words to explain how beautiful and amazing this place and staff are. When you walk in you are in awe how gorgeous it is. It’s classy and cozy all at the same time. The staff were spectacular. Frank and Christina are wonderful, and go up and beyond expectations. This Is one of the best parties I have ever been to, thanks to Ruby Falls and staff. ❤️❤️
