Service sucks and they have 2 speeds slow and slower its a shame its not like they are freshly cooking everything from scratch i mean how hard is it to put everything together you can definitely expect to wait at least 15 minutes or more for your order

Ordered food and didn’t even get it made correctly and on top of that looked sloppy no one spoke English and I couldn’t even get managers help because he was to busy yelling at a kid which is so unprofessional please eat something else if you're at the food court

I've place an order of steak quesadilla & other food on mobile app to pickup specific time. when i arrived the food already cold and soggy tried to get a full-refund but instead they refused it. so I had to call my bank/credit card to get my money back from them.
I don't think they understand why weight conscious or diabetic people order sugar-free or diet drinks. I ordered Sugar Free Mountain Dew Baja Blast soda. When I got it, I asked if it was sugar free. The guy said No because they ran out of the sugar free. Why didn't he tell me in the first place.. and I had to ask him?
