They cancel every order made through the app I try to make, about seven times in a row.I don't get what they problem is, because they never answer when I try to contact them.Avoid if possible.
Place was clean and the associate was patient with orders. The food was fresh and the cookies too!

I live close by and frequent this place. Every time my roomate and I go, everyone is so miserable. Like I get not wanting to work. However, there as pleasent as a pit of vipers. It's easy a man and a lady with braids (multiple times) so Rude, like I'm bothering them with ôrdering. Get a new job if your than unhappy. Im a CS rep for about 15 years NEVER would I act like that.but food was on point and clean.

Would've been 5 stars but NO hair nets are worn by staff and I seen staff NOT CHANGING GLOVES WHEN ATTENDING NEXT CUSTOMER.THAT'S REALLY NOT SANITARY!Otherwise store is clean. Staff is nice.
I never received what I ordered. I used the subway app, and when the order was on the way at 7:30PM I opened it to find that it was completely off. I asked for a meatball marinara but got two soggy chicken sandwiches that tasted TERRIBLE. After calling the store over 20x at 7:45PM I had to DRIVE to the store since the website said it was open until 9AM, but it was already closed up. Looks like someone played hooky and I had to deal with the soggy aftermath. I PAID $30 for a disgusting meal that went straight to the garbage. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.
Subway is always good, but since covid, all stores have opted out of all promotional deals. Made it kind of pricier than usual ?♀️
