I eat my subway tuna sandwich at least twice a week that’s how much I love them I get the foot long and never even give anyone a bite. It really is great to know that Godwin and mel know my name and Mel knows exactly what I want she starts my sandwich the minute I walk in. Now is this great customer service or what. Actually we take the time to see what’s going on in each other’s lives.
Very unprofessional staff. Take too long for one order. Sometimes they say the store is closed in there regular hours.

Expectations where high. However,Experience in taste; bread was like a frankfurter bun, poor quality in cold cuts and not at all appealing.
Doesn't take coupons and attempt was made to give you less meat than what's supposed to be in ?. Wouldn't go there again.
Honestly is the best Subway I know. Is clean and the items always look fresh. They will make the sub the way you ask for it. They are great people it was close and they still made my sub will always come here

I love coming here, it's my habit to think about all the delicious toppings, and how I can make my perfect sandwich, like a Lego construction. lolThe staff seem like a married couple, they are always very friendly and professional.I usually get a Turkey and Swiss for me and my daughter, mine has spinach instead of lettuce, I like black olives, a drink and chips.They will probably know I wrote this review, because of my sandwich profile. lolToday when I finished my instore visit, he asked me if I wanted to skip the tip button, and I said no way, that they are always nice and deserved a tip, I was actually happy the card reader gives a couple of choices for tips, they really earned it for me because I don't want stress in my meal, and there is always zero stress here.Thank you guys, that's my review of our favorite (the best) sandwich shop on Staten Island.❤
Very disrespectful, put ham in our food when in our religion we can not have it, we told him nicely to make another one and he got very mad and started telling us we still had to pay for it.he did not do so he tried removing the ham from the Sandwich when he already baked into it. And he tried calling the cops on us. Didn’t let anyone make the orders. I wish there was a 0 star here that’s what they deserve
