Order from them regularly. Tonight ordered my usual pie and chicken roll with no sauce (my son won’t eat it otherwise). Delivery driver drops it and says it has sauce. ??I call the store. They tell me “We didn’t have chicken cutlet” meanwhile someone yelling in background “tell her we only make it one way.” Asked if they can make me one. They tell me no. Call slice and refund it. ?Understand supply chain issues but a simple phone call letting me know they can’t make it, don’t have what they need to make it etc would have sufficed. But no, they send an item you clearly didn’t order and basically tell you to deal with it.Terrible customer service and whoever was yelling in the background is a real jerk and clearly doesn’t have the right mindset and personality to run a food business.
Ordered a Grand ma pie it was excellent. I will be ordering again. Look forward to trying some of there other pies.
Placed and order and they never delivered it. Called to check on it and they said it should be there any minute. Never came called again and they lied saying the driver has been outside calling , never once received any call. Horrible service. Owner responds lying saying the driver was knocking on the door, we were home waiting for the delivery no one knocked or called once. Also I have a doorbell why would a delivery driver not ring my doorbell ??? We have cameras as well doorbell and security , and there is no one walking to do the door or outside calling at 6:58. again horrible service would never recommend.
Prob one of best pizzas i ever had
Living on Staten Island for over 20 years and this food is BEYOND great quality. What you order you receive fast, hot, and delicious! From the appetizers of cheesesteak egg rolls to the sandwiches to the pizza, really is WORTH the money. Thank you. Our family will be ordering again!

We ordered Friday night. The food, salads and pizza were absolutely fantastic and definitely one of the best pizzeria in Rossville. We had to wait a little over a hour and 20 minutes, but the owner explained that they are a little short staffed so we didn’t mind and are understanding of these small business at this time. We even got a complimentary soda and garlic knots for waiting.
They tell me 30 minutes to get a pizza I call back 60 minutes later they tell me 15 minutes coming out of the oven now I call back Another 30 minutes later and they tell me it’s coming right out of the oven now I told him to keep the pizza and then the owner calls me and curses me out on the phone threatens to do bodily harm To me
They lie about how long it takes for your Delivery every time I call back they tell me it’s coming out of the oven right now two hours later I don’t have a pizza I told him to keep it and he only curses me out over the phone
Great food, wonderful people and a relaxed atmosphere! Will definitely go back or order delivery - this place is a gem!
