One of the more civilized places on Staten Island. Very attractive design. One small frustration which is the drive-through is not open early in the morning. Otherwise, keep up the good work, e.g., clean, fast, spacious.

I was looking everywhere for the cold reusable to go cup for my tumbler collection. I called this store ahead and they had 2 in stock. The barista who answered the phone (sorry I was so excited I forgot to ask for your name!) Offered to save that aside for me until I get there. Thank you so much, you made my day!

Parking lot is poorly planned, staff is friendly but the drive thru keeps them stressed. With the traffic they get from drive thru they should have a bigger staff to help.

I don't know what happened, but the Last 2 coffees have been bad. The one today, disgusting. What should be added to the coffee is listed on the cup. Why is it so hard? I am not buying from them anymore.

Starbucks have great experience. They are very friendly and do their job in time. I m satisfied with their services and also happy with their behavior..I highly recommend them

I visit Starbucks with my friend ,they were friendly and the owner was a well trusted man. ..we are fully satisfied with their services. We highly recommend them.

Although I prefer Dunkin over Bucks as for some reason I find Bucks coffees to have a bitter taste as compared to the double D,Im not much of a coffee pro and only drink it in morning to give mouth something to refresh it so the taste really dosent bother me but I do prefer non bitter coffees over the bolder bitter types...

Great staff and Great space inside with high ceilings and comfy couches with big arm chairs. Tiny parking lot and super skinny drivethru area. Entrance & Exit just a disaster but it's not their fault just their location and bad architect.

They’re always an issue with this place, never open for walk in but can take drive thru orders (horrible for people who don’t have cars). It’s been this way for the pass 2 weeks. Are you aware that down the street on Seguine there a hospital filled with workers who want a cup of coffee to make it through the 12-16 shifts.

I would not even bother going to this Starbucks. Went to get coffee and was handed a mask at the door not a problem but no one inside has one on so I didn’t bother considering I was only going to be waiting about 2 minutes. After which a rude female employee said “just leave” when I didn’t even get my coffee so I asked for a refund, she didn’t have an answer and just stared at me.
